McDonald's — Restaurant in Laredo

Terrible experience the other night. We ordered; 2 McRibs, a 10 piece nugget meal, and a 2 for 5 (Quarter Pounder and Big Mac). We were asked to pull forward to the 3rd window to wait for our food. At the 10 minute mark (and after several cars after us being served) we get a bag with our food. The lady was obviously in a hurry and handed the food over and left without a word. We check the bag and realize that we are still missing the 10 piece nuggets. We waited another 4-5 mins hoping they were on their way, they were not. Since the lobby is closed go the public, we called and infirmed them that we were still waiting for the rest of our order. The lady comes back and asks what we're missing and asks to see our receipt. I hand it over and tell her it's been 15 mins total thay we've been waiting. She leaves and comes back maybe 40 seconds later, pretty much throws the nuggets in the car and in a rude, and condensing tone tells us that, 'the girl said she put your nuggets in the bag, but here you go". We try to respond and she just walks off. What an entitled and pretentious person. Worst thing is, by the time we get home, all our food is cold or luke warm from waiting 15+...

Where do I start besides the fact that employees are rude had to go thru 3 times for them to actually get the order some what right i ordered the #2 deluxe, a double hamburger plain ( keywords Hamburger) and a 10 Piece nugget got my order I always check before I leave first try double hamburger had cheese when I got back around to tell the lady she had left ok I got in line again ordered again a double hamburger plain (according to my definition of plain it's just the buns and meat only) i specifically told the girl I want it plain she said I got it noted I paid went to the second window and again order was wrong hamburger this time it only had one patty and cheese with mustard and ketchup again told the lady this is not what I ordered she was still mad from the first time I came around this were exact words YOU AGAIN I responded back saying if you'd made my order right the first time we wouldn't be having this conversation after all this was going on no manager or lead ever approached me so long story short just don't come here just travel a few more mins and go to the Delmar and San Dario one they are...

Avoid this McDonald's. This particular location left a bad impression on me and my family. The service was not very friendly to begin with and our order was not delivered correctly as well. To be fair, the cashier did correct the mistake when asked to do so. However, we waited over 20 minutes to receive our order on a night when the restaurant was not so busy. Additionally, I spotted the employees at the back of the house putting ingredients directly on the counter and then on the burgers. Our Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich tasted like a rubber shoe sole once we received it, and was lukewarm. The floors of the restaurant were a messy collection of crumbs and trash, the bathrooms look like they needed cleaning and the tables were covered in a film of grease.
