Update: I gave them another chance. Which changed my review from 3 stars to 1.. I honestly wish I could give a 0. First I waited in line for 15 minutes. That is okay, but if I wait that long, my food better be fresh. Both my husbands and my sandwiches were cold. I asked for no red ranch and still got it. I’m honestly so upset. One pro is the fries are consistent at least. They were good, but not worth the visit for just the fries.
Hey, so I never really give bad reviews, but honestly I was pretty disappointed with my visit. First the pros, the fries were sooo good! Very crunchy, and the sprite was crisp. However the most important part being the beef and cheddar.. I was really sad with the outcome, it seemed like all the food had been sitting out for awhile, the beef was soggy… not good juices soggy like it was drop in a puddle and picked up soggy… you had accidentally given me two sandwiches which isn’t really a problem.. One was the way I requested and one I didn’t, I figured okay I’ll give it to my husband. However they were both soaked.. the one with the red ranch was so soggy that the bread was falling apart in the bottom. I pulled out the beef and threw the bread away and tried drying the beef but it was not very successful. However I want to say I really only left this review because I have never left an Arby’s upset in all the years of coming here. It might have been a fluke who knows, but I probably won’t go to this location again. The cashier was really nice though, thank you so much for the...
Read moreAlways loved Arby's - a great switch from the more common fast food joints. And we go to places like this for expedition mostly, not for the fine dining attitude and that's perfectly fine for me. But last time we went we were the only car in line and there was i couple eating in the dining room. They were NOT busy by any definition. The employees didn't include any sauces in our bag (partially my fault for not double checking) and the curly fries I ordered were so cold and so OLD that I couldn't eat them - they were terrible and should have thrown out long before they gambled and threw them in our bag.
The sandwiches were perfect, thankfully. And I always get an extra sandwich so I can have it for lunch the next day but I had to eat it instead of the fries to have a filling meal. I guess nowadays I know to try the fries before driving away and double checking for requested sauce. In my experience, Arby's was always so much better than other places in this regard and just took better care of customers than other fast food joints - at least the ones by me have done so. But it appears that's no longer going to happen. We'll give them another shot, of course and hope it was just a one-off / bad night, because I'd hate to lose Arby's on my occasional fast food...
Read moreOrdered online and set my arrival time. Walked in a couple minutes before. There was only one cashier guy who was overwhelmed and only had three people at the counter. The guy he just finished waiting on, the next guy in line and myself. I was standing off to the side in a separate line (the online pickup order line). He ,the cashier, kept getting their orders confused. The manager just ignored everything going on around her and salted the fries. He finally finished the first customer's order and he left. Then the cashier still couldn't get the second customer's order correct. I was there 10 minutes before he asked why I was standing there. Showed him my order on my phone. He took at least 30 seconds to read it. Then walked away without a word. Went back to continue confusing the second customer's order. About a minute later another worker came out asked me if I was waiting for an order. Hmmm... I'm standing in the online pickup line, plus mine is the only one on the screen. What do you think? She handed me my order. I was just so...
