If you want good hot food in a reasonable amount of time go elsewhere. The restaurant was mostly empty, and we still had to wait to be seated. Once we were seated a friendly waitress came up relatively quickly which wasn't surprising given the small amount of people who were there. She took our order and promised our food would come out quickly. Well, that's when the process came to a screeching halt. We sat there for well over 30 minutes in the freezing cold restaurant as our waitress basically ignored us. She didn't pay any attention to us just sitting there waiting...and waiting...and never went back to check on our food - not. even. once. I guess she thought that drinks where her only responsibility. Finally we were so annoyed and freezing that we flagged her down and let her know we wanted our food to go. So after only a couple minutes she brought out the food which was miraculously and suddenly ready. I also want to mention that she dumped the two containers on the table with a bag on top so we even had to package it up ourselves but I guess she was and had been checked out of her responsibilities long before that - obviously. (As I feared the food HAD been ready for a while because when we got in the car and tried to munch on our fries they were cold.) As a lame-o token effort to neutralize our dissatisfaction, the manager offer a free desert. Really? How about the poor status of our cold food, poor service etc? Did he really expect us to sit around for another half hour to get a free piece of cake? Honestly we were so cold we just wanted out of that place. Short staffed or not, there were very few people in the restaurant yet a simple hamburger was too difficult to prepare and provide in a reasonable amount of time. No we didn't want dessert. We wanted a decent meal and should have had our meal at least discounted since it was so late and stone cold...So we...
Read morePSA!! First, let me start off by saying I never leave google reviews but my experience was the worst I have ever had I just had to leave a review.
I had a party of 5, and we got there at 4:30 on a Sunday we got greeted by the hostess who told us that it would be a 15 min wait. (It was clear as day they we’re definitely not busy) they had no other tables out of the entire restaurant that were seated with people. They were just seating everybody at only the bar area, she said that all of the servers are brand new and it’s basically there first day. There not seating anyone else anywhere else. Mean while the managers were sitting down in the dining area doing interviews & not helping there staff or overseeing anything that’s going on. (They should have had atleast one manager on the floor making sure the restaurant is running smoothly, then the other one doing the interview) Meanwhile There were so many people waiting in the lobby just like we were. Our 15 min wait turned into 30 to 45 minute wait. Keep in mind they were keeping everyone in the bar area because the rest the restaurant was not “open”. After we asked the the hostess what’s going on we have been sitting here waiting now for 30-45 min now, the hostess literally told us that the “company is going under there location is really bad right now” word for word what she said. First off you never tell your customers that information!
Finally we got seated and the first thing out of the servers mouth was “just letting you guys know. If she didn’t already tell you, I have absolutely no idea what I am doing I am new”. We were okay with that we’re not mad at the staff I am just very upset about the management that’s running that place. It was not okay. I can rant on so much more but I know no one is going to read everything I have to say.. just be prepared to what your...
Read moreWorst experience at chili's EVER. I ordered white queso cheese dip and eggrolls and a double capt Jack and soda. When the cheese dip came out it had a massive glob of guacin the middle... I'm allergic to avacados... No worries i told the bartender, she took it back, She then brings me out the eggrolls to my surprise there's a different sauce than the regular white ranch I'm used to... So i try it... Halfway thru my 3rd piece the bartender says... Oh hey are you allergic to avacados because that's avacado ranch......
W T F... I'm still not upset.. She takes away the poisonous ranch and then offers to bring me regular ranch... Minutes go by and she comes back with the ranch and bounds away. But not before saying "wow... Is that in the menu? I wonder if they SAY it there and LOOKS THRU THE MENU IN MY FACE AND SAYS"HUH!"
W.T.F...... I don't go into anaphylactic shock but i do get hives within the hour...Still calm I ask if there is any Benadryl anywhere, shesays well let me check with my manager.. Bartender comes back says no meds and attempts to walk off again....i stop her and ask forboxes and a check... She says sure then proceeds to take 4 people's orders and begin making drinks.
Again w.t.f.... Btw at this point i still have a full double rum and soda i haven't touched... I have not seen a manager, and i suppose i have to wait till treat this rash I'm going to get to nurse all weekend...because other people need drinks before i get my check.
I asked the host for boxes and to speak to the manager, the manager apologies for not having benadryl... Not for the poison ranch... Brings me a soup cup for my redone dip and brings the check back.... She brought the check back. I paid and tipped over 20% and she took it... The manager took it... Without a word. I'm beyond livid as i walk into Walgreens praying these hives...
