Terrible service, first off we'd not been there in years and wanted ice cream so we were looking in the case. The woman working the counter is at the other end bellowing at us to come to her for help rather then walking the few feet while we decide what we want. When we finally decide she'd left to the back somewhere and we stood there a good 5 minutes before she came back. Upon her arrival and seeing customers waiting at the counter she decides to play on her phone first rather then take our order. She then takes our order and doesn't bother to wash her hands after having touched her phone before getting our cones. They had little paper things on them so we weren't overly worried and accepted the cones and paid. We left we were in a hurry after having waited now close to 10 minutes for 2 cones single scoop each. We begin eating them as we're walking to where we need to go and the ice cream is just awful. It was supposed to be mint chip and it didn't taste like anything either of us had ever had before and we know mint chip it's one of our favorite flavors. We chose not to continue eating it because we didn't know what was wrong with it. On top of that there was a small bit of the cone that had broken kind of loose so I decided to at least enjoy that much and bit off the loose part of the cone. Worst mistake ever because it was so stale it was like biting into strofoam. This is without a doubt the worst Dunkin Donuts/ Baskin Robins we've ever had the displeasure of walking into. Read morebeen going here for twenty plus years,slowest drivethru ive ever seen. the worst thing about this location is the older lady with the gravely voice that always asks you to look at the menu as she can only process one order at a time. i dont need to look at the menu i order the same thing every day,just a stalling technique. now add that she ALWAYS changes what i drink,the size and the cream and sugar are literally changed on the receipt from what she repeats back over the speaker. i have resorted to going inside and this morning i watched her make my bagel and got to work and she screwed me again. get rid of the employee that cant do the job quite simply,i know im not the only customer getting the wrong stuff and we cant turn around and come back at our expense. find a better location to deal with. any manager that wants to see how a dunkin should be run should check out the morning crew at gandy and manhattan in south tampa! that location is beyond efficient and very friendly with no attitudes. let me add that this review is isolated to the ONE employee that always disappoints,i dont have this issue with the rest of the...
Read moreWell on this particular Monday morning 03/05/2018 @ 06:30ish a.m., me & hubby decided to stop by this D&D to grab a quick bite before hubby is off to work. We ordered (1) of the Duos Special (crossiant with bacon,egg, & cheese) & (2) French Vanilla Cappucinos. My complaint is both crossiants was cold. I mean cheese wouldn't even melt and crossiant was cold (not even warm). The bacon was slightly warm. But wasn't enjoyable. We asked that sugar be added to the cappucinos. Well they said they don't add sugar. So they gave us sugar packs without stirrers. We asked for jelly to go on the crossiants and she said 11¢/pack for jelly. I'm lost on that because when they started charging for jelly packs? Looked in the bag for napkins, no napkins. To top it off, no greeting (No Good Morning)! But we got poor "CUSTOMER SERVICE!" this morning. I wouldn't recommend this D&D to anyone.
