Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Largo

This particular Hungry Howie's has been a huge disappointment since I moved out of my old Hungry Howie's delivery range. I ordered delivery from my old Hungry Howie's so often you cant imagine. I was so disappointed with this new locations food that I would rather go to Wal-Mart and get a frozen pizza to cook than order from 14219 walsingham. rd. Hungry Howie's. however my craving for good hungry Howie's pizza would take over and I would order hoping it would be close to edible food. and I am always let down. I literally throw away the pizza and feel ripped off !! 20.00$ in the trash. well last time was the last straw the pizza was the worst I have ever seen in my life. TERRIBBLLE!!! the cheese bread was so flat and greasy it was not edible it looked like a flour tortilla with cheese on it. my kids would not eat it I had to buy more food it was 17.00 for the pizza from Hungry Howie's and 13.50 from a competing company. that company's pizza was not the best but it was EDIBLE so Hungry Howie's you have lost a life long customer for as long as I live anywhere near this Excuse of a Pizza shop I will think twice about ordering anything for delivery and definitely will not be calling hungry Howie's when I do. I order from these guys often and have never had stellar experiences, but for the price I continue to order from them. Today was the worst I've ever experienced. I asked for a thin crust but asked for the crust to be "a little" crispy. They delivered a burned pizza...it's not like I asked for it extra well done, just crispy. I placed my original order at 6:30 in the evening. I tried to eat one piece of the pizza they sent but just couldn't get through it. Called at 7:41 to request something be done to fix the pizza. I was told it would be right out as soon as it was finished and a driver was available. Finally at 8:26 I called back to ask where the remake was. It did arrived at 7:40 it was COLD, and two hours and twenty minutes from my original order. The driver told me the other drivers refused to deliver it due to them not receiving a tip. I ordered dinner for me and my boyfriend from Hungry Howies through door dash. I got chicken Parmesan, baked meat lovers spaghetti, meat eaters pizza, and Howies cheese bread. I specifically requested no tomatoes/marinara sauce on the chicken parmesan because I am allergic. I received the chicken parmesan with the marinara sauce, which wasn't what I requested. I called and requested them to remake my chicken parmesan due to my allergy, because I was unable to eat what I paid for. They refused to remake it because it was through doordash. I am frustrated because I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. And the manager sounded very rude explaining the refund process when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I will not order here again. They can't even fulfill a basic request, especially one regarding a food allergy. And they were rude.
