If i can give no stars I would. On August 28th I made an online order after I finished the order the tracker said my order will be at my door in 50 mins. After an hour I called because the tracker said my order was being made, the employee said they got busy and my order will be arriving soon. After 10 mins. I called back because the tracker didn't change and I asked to speak to a manager. The manager got on the phone looked up my order and said your order says 50 mins. it hasn't been 50 mins. yet. I told her my order was processed at 7:02 and now it is 8:15, she wasn't trying to hear my complaint and kept telling me that it hasn't been 50 mins. yet and was being very rude and wouldn't let me talk and then said what do you want me to do about it. Then she said your order is on the way, so I said OK and hung up. 15 mins. later I called back and told them to cancel the order, the manager said she couldn't cancel a order that was enroute, my fiance got on the phone and told her when we get the order we are gonna bring it back up there so they can cancel it, she said so do it and hung up. 10 mins. later got a call from the manager saying that she reversed the order and that the driver is on the way and it's up to me to take the order. Now it's 2 hours later when the driver arrived and he told us that they called him and told him to just give us the order, it's on the house, and apologized to my fiance. I was in the process of ordering from Domino's. We had ordered a pizza and I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and turkey. The salad had grilled chicken, turkey and ham and I'm allergic to pork. I couldn't eat the pizza either becauae it was a meat lovers pizza. I will NEVER order from there again. It's Domino's from now on. By the way, I only live 20 mins. away. Read moreI would suggest ordering from another location. After 4 years of living abroad, I was desperately craving Hungry Howies. The owner displayed the worst "customer service" I've ever experienced, and as a nurse --- I've encountered all types. $36.88 for 2 pizzas?!? When called to dispute the charges, owner was steadfast in trying to argue his point of "what happened, happened". They added extra charges on the pizza without my knowledge. I wasn't trying to get free pizza, just wanted a refund for the additional charges I NEVER ORDERED! That never happened. I feel cheated and will dispute this with my credit card company. I'm saddened by this, especially since I was looking forward to eating Hungry Howies again. I'll just frequent another location from now on. WORST "customer service" displayed by a manager/owner. I prefer the one located in Largo on East Bay Drive, seems like there, they make it more with love, seem to taste better, more friendly/mature staff and also for the steak and cheese sub, they dice the tomatoes and the pickled peppers are nicely placed inside a container with the other vegetable toppings. However, for this store, the pickled peppers are not in a container with the rest of the vegetable toppings, they are just left inside the box causing the pickled juice to leak out from the box and stain the car and they slice the tomatoes so I am not able to spread the tomatoes evenly onto the sub, there's only 2,3 slices whereas if they were diced, would been able to spread them out on my sub better.
