McDonald's — Restaurant in Largo

Went through the drive-thru this morning and I guess they have a new manager in training. She was working the window taking orders The line was much longer than I've ever seen it there before and when we finally got up there to order I told her there's two orders and gave her the code for the first one. Waited for her for like 2 minutes to respond And then I said yes that's it for the first order we're trying to order the second one so she's asked what the code is I give it to her order my egg McMuffin like usual we sit there again for about 3 minutes and then she comes back on and says is that it or like yeah we've been waiting for a while for you to answer. Once we get up to a window she charges up the first one normally and then says the second one is twice the price but it should be and I told her I gave her the code and ordered the name McMuffin I mean how hard is that. She says I never gave her the code and says I have to pay full price I said no could we see a manager. Even though she is a manager and could have done it herself. She leaves us sitting there for another 3-4 minutes then comes back and tells me that she's doing me a favor I'm like no you're not You've actually just sent me back this morning a lot longer than I needed to be here and then she told me that I was talking too loud and then she said I needed to speak louder and then she said something else I don't know. If this lady's training to be a manager and her name is Hilda you guys might want to reevaluate her because she obviously does not get customer service at all. I mean to tell us that she's doing me a favor and that we were talking too much in the car to each other. I mean come on I gave her my code in the order it's so simple yeah we were talking after that waiting for her to say the total in the pull forward. She just really had a nasty attitude the whole time. It just makes me not want to go there again and it stinks because it's right on the way to where I need to go every morning. Everybody else there has been great and doesn't seem to have any issues they're nice and friendly and they're efficient. I have a feeling if she's managing a team all that's going to go away because employees take the attitude of the manager and her attitude was just absolutely atrocious. Please re-think her as a manager , because she isn't worth the time in my opinion to become a manager. Sorry to be so harsh but unfortunately it's just true some people just are not...

I have been to this location twice now. I don't use this location frequently just because it is on my way to work close to my job and I do not live really close to work. The first time I visited this McDonald's was an average experience. But this time was probably the best McDonald's experience I've had. Serenity was the employee working the drive-thru expediting and she served me my meal. Not only is it pleasant while at business to have and receive great service. Serenity was beyond any other cashier I have dealt with at any establishment. She promptly greeted me very polite and friendly. The most beautiful smile. Despite serenity being the most gorgeous woman that I've encountered on this planet.. she's an exceptional employee from what I witnessed, and McDonald's should cherish her because she's most likely going to be running some other business someday! I'll be stopping here more often on mornings when I have time before I get to work. Hopefully I get that same experience again! Much love serenity! And p.s *McDonald's, y'all need to focus on getting more young women that are like the amazing woman that works at this location. Focus on hiring positive, attentive, articulate females. And bring in hard working men to do back of house. Your business is going to do better and more patrons will return if they show up and see a serenity at the drive-thru window because that woman is all of those things above that patrons will attract and come back to and most people that stop like I did just passing through are definitely going to come back for the good service but more so return to speak to the woman again. So if anyone at Mickey D's ever sees this that's in charge of things. You need to go to this location and ask to interview serenity and pay very close attention to what you see and to her vibe because that's the absolute best thing this location has going on and I guarantee if there are regular customers morning times here the biggest and main thing keeping them coming back is so that they can have that short very very brief time with the amazing stunning serenity....

This morning I had stopped at this location I haven't been to this store very many times but my order was small I got a couple hash browns and a large iced coffee the gentleman that took my order was very polite, articulate, positive, and he was able to take my order quickly and accurately. I pulled around after ordering and was greeted at the first window by who I assume was the gentleman on the speaker previously. The young man greeted me politely spoke very clear had a positive tone and a smile he was cool. The reason that I decided to leave the review was after paying as I received my change from the young man and drove up to the second window to collect my order I had stopped in front of the second window and turned to face through the glass inside the store. As I looked inside I immediately seen a young woman with very nice skin. She was definitely ebony and her skin tone was just a little bit on the lighter side so similar to a perfectly blended caramel mocha. The young lady had turned around and right away she came to open the window and greet me with a smile. She had a very positive vibe in the tone and how she spoke she kept the smile on her face the entire time she spoke to me. She was very prompt and verifying my order and it did not take much time for your team too put together my order for her she very nicely with a smile still gave me my food wish me a wonderful day and I wished her the same I had called the store after I left because I wanted to know her first name. Her name was serenity and she's without a doubt the sexiest woman to walk this planet as far as my own personal experiences) I will now be returning a lot more frequently on my way into work in hopes that I may see her again. And Miss serenity, if you ever read this review just know that you got to be God's favorite because he made you, and as far as I'm concerned he put way more time and effort with you. You are it!
