I wonât use the online ordering system next time. First time ordering at this location. I have no qualms against updating my review in the future, but this was my experience today.
It was busy this Sunday morning, so it took appx 25 minutes for the 2 breakfast bagels and 1 drink to be ready - This is understandable. However, a few things stood out:
1)A sign taped to the front door said they could not do espresso drinks today. Fortunately, I ordered a cold brew drink, but would not have known otherwise as espresso drinks were available to order online. They should be able to mark items as âout of stockâ online. Hopefully they have this ability and just didnât get to it today.
They forgot my hashbrown. Day ruined! Kidding, but I ordered it as a side and on the order tag itâs not as noticeable. I should have ordered it as a separate item.
They forgot the pepper shmear on the farmhouse sandwich. Maybe they ran out of it today? I wouldnât have known, because the web orders are placed on the pickup cart without interaction from staff.
Overall, the bagels tasted fresh, and the cold brew was decent. Their pricing is competitive, so Iâd like to try it again. Since ordering online didnât save any time, Iâll order in person next time. Hopefully this will prevent forgotten...
Read moreI generally like this place.
The reason I am giving 1 star is this place is not following "PROPER HYGIENE RULES" unfortunately.
Today when I stoppped here, I realized that one of the employees working behind the bar grabbed my credit card and other customers credit cards while wearing his gloves then went back where he was before and continue his thing without changing his gloves. It just made me super uncomfortable. I would have expected him to at least change the gloves once he touches customer's CCs especially given the pandemic! Even though I didn't see him preparing my bagel, he was still touching everywhere on the kitchen.
They should just allow customers to insert their own CC on the payment devices so employees protecting themselves and customers not to spread the germs. I also didn't see any hand sanitizer close to the door.
I am hoping that they start implementing these...
Read moreLet me begin by saying my standards for a bagel are pretty high, the result of an East Coast childhood raised on H&H Bagels. Where to begin... No bagel store should be able to use the word bagel in the description without boiling their bagels, otherwise it's just bread. Noah's never has, nor will they ever, boil their bread. While I'm clearly not a fan, my kids love the place. They love the selection of "bagels," along with the admittedly excellent selection of cream cheeses. While the coffee couldn't get any worse, if you bring in your own cup, you are entitled to a bottomless cup of coffee...
