Algobertos — Restaurant in Las Vegas

The service has gone down significantly and unfortunately- or fortunately- we will not be back. The young lady in the front has a very nasty attitude and this is the second challenge we’ve encountered since their new staff has come in and this time- it put a sour taste in my mouth. My wife & I always order the same thing- chimichanga pollo asada burrito with no cheese on the inside cheese on the outside. I called my order in- specified cheese on top not on inside the burrito. She repeated it back 3xs saying, cheese inside- not on top. I repeated back myself 3xs cheese on top not on the inside. I get inside their establishment- no welcome just “how can I help you?” I advise I’m here for a pickup order and she repeats it back incorrectly. I said, “please make sure this is correct, I’m going to be frustrated if it’s incorrect.” I get the burrito- no cheese on top so of course my fear is it’s inside the burrito. I asked who took my phone call and the young lady with the braid in her hair- who always has an attitude says, “well it’s busy, we all take orders.” So I ask again- specifically- does anyone remember this order? Another young lady says, hello- I took the order and she repeated it back correctly. Clearly, there was a miscommunication- the young lady pushes my bag to me and says, “it’s not a big deal.” I responded, actually- it is a big deal and the lack of customer service is very unfortunate. She proceeded to attempt to go back and I advised her- your customer service needs some work and unfortunately your establishment has lost a customer that has been coming here for years due to the lack of communication and customer service our last couple of times we’ve come. I’m unsure of this new staff however, it’s unfortunate we will be finding...

Angry and disrespectful. I always order the same thing no15. They always give me no 16. So I brought it back inside, again. I was nice about it. They didnt want to make it again. Angry shaking their heads. I mean the whole crew behind the counter was upset. Crazy. I said just give me a refund please you dont have to make it again because you seem upset about it. “Well now hes more upset” responded the girl at the register because I asked for a refund instead having them make it over again. I even dropped a tip on the counter and the whole crew just stared at me. Crazy unexpected shit for something so simple. The last time I ate here several months ago I got sick within a couple hours. July 2018: Bacon breakfast burrito and Asada fries are really good, but the lady is rude to young people : P

9/22: Tried to ask us to have our service dog outside, and when we told her he was a service dog she asked if we had his tags and we said yes. And then when I was standing a good 5 ft away from the salsa bar she asked me to stand back a bit more with him. The food here is no more than is expected with a Mexican restaurant like this, but customer service is :p
