I'm obsessed with this shopping area. It's definitely a creative and unique little spot for local small businesses and has an aesthetic that many NW residents wish we had more of especially because there's no chain business. Should be a thriving hub, but unfortunately, the complex owner would rather his units sit 50% vacant instead of lowering his rent prices in thr short term to drive occupancy. These small businesses rely on foot traffic, and it doesn't help matters when you've got almost half your shops vacant, pet Loopnet. Lower your rent prices and work with different city and community organizations to drive foot traffic via "farmers markets" and pop up vendor fairs. Read moreIf you have never visited the quaint street then you are missing a special treat. The street is named Norman Rockwell Lane and it is a very inviting lane to stroll down. The unique shops are a treat also, we have enjoyed 3 different restaurants in the area, the Bicycle Shop and the very unique Game Shop. Where they have all kinds of board games for sale or drop in and join in a game while your there.
