Deka Lash — Local services in Las Vegas

Sadly although the owner was very kind and even threw in a free lip mask for them being behind by 20 minutes for my appointment. I signed up through the instagram ad that said new members would get their lashes for $65.

I then called customer service to double check that although I was getting charged $99 on the website it would be for sure be $65. I talked to customer service two days before my appointment before hand to make sure and they said my appoint would be valid for the $65 appointment.

I then went to my appointment. My lash tech spent some time on my lashes but there is obvious places where she left open. Which normally a tech would put lashes on, it could be because she said my lashes were “damaged there” but proceeded to put lashes on the other eye which made the lashes imbalanced.

When it was time to check out I pointed out that the instagram ad which I signed up through said it would only be $65 to which they said since the coupon used was “take20” they could only take 20 off which made it 80 instead.

After confronting them about the prices they had said there was nothing that they could do and since customer service is through a third party they will “make sure that the third party gets trained properly”

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a lash company. They said they would talk to customer service. If the service said it would be $65 if they really cared about their guests they would give the price point they stated. If you’re here from the insta add please send me the coupon bc without it I really don’t think they’ll be giving me a refund. And I want to prove to them they are falsely advertising.

Also if you’re going to do the true lash express don’t bother. 99$ for a sparse eye look. I should’ve known from the previous reviews that this wasn’t going to be a regular spot I could trust. If you’re to spend 100 on lashes at least go somewhere that will finish all the lashes.

I talked with a rep on my way home and they told me that the ad was for first time members and not first time appointments. Don’t get bamboozled by the ad. They’ll just say “since the service provider is done through a third party there’s nothing we can do”, as someone who works in service I found today really upsetting and overall a sham. I don't think I've ever written a bad review but went to deka lash on centennial hills and farm rd my 1st time ever getting my lashes done they all were falling out, went back less then 24hrs later they made me go to the same person so she could "learn from her mistake" same thing they were all falling out even more then last time missing half a lash on my left eye, called to see if someone else could fix them they said no 1 complimentary fix every 6 months, wouldn't refund the 109$ membership plan i purchased and hadn't used yet and said i would be charged again cuz it takes 30 days to cancel, asked for a corporate number and Sara said no that the number I called was it (so the number u call to make an apt) so poor quality, no quality control, having u get 1 complimentary fix every 6 mos is not a real attempt at customer satisfaction, hardly answer there phones, so if u plan to go here just know if u get a bad lash application all well and dont go back to the same person and don't purchase the plan until u see if your lash girl did a good job cuz well per their customer policy they won't refund it and will charge you again, I went here cuz there were so many I thought they were doing something right but u r better off going somewhere else it will be way cheaper and can't get any worse- the owner reached out to me and refunded my money and said he doesn't follow the 1 fix in 6 mo rule so if u have an issue maybe just go back in...

I went to The Lash Studio for my first experience with lash extensions. I was a little nervous because I there were so may other places nearby offering that same thing..for varying prices and I wasn't sure who to choose. But wow, the second I got there I felt totally at ease. Jessica is TRULY a master at what she does. She was super through in explaining everything - what to expect, what can happen, and how to care for them after the fact. Definitely worth the price.I got them about 9 days before my wedding and they looked INCREDIBLE - for even days after.
