Tacos El Gordo — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Frist time here @ tacos El Gordo on Charleston Blvd. Las Vegas to be clear I been to Tacos El Gordo on the strip and definitely the best of the best service and food I will personally prefer go their then coming to this awful place .Let me tell you yeah its cool theirs no long lines But the cooker OMG wow he had the nerve to debate me when I told him not 1 but 2 times how I wanted my order .Well I have work in restaurants industry for yrs. So I was its ok mmmm probably hes tired or something rigth well I respectfully told him my order was wrong but my husband ended saying hey theirs no problem I will eat them we come from a family we DON'T THROW FOOD TO WASTE well I told him hey don't worry I will take them and give me other 3 Adobada tacos well he had the some 🥚 to get them and throw them in the trash we where ok whatever just try to ignore he's attitude. Well I left to the other line to get some other tacos well next time I know my husband order some Tacos of chorizo so I seen my husband face like concern well to know that the cooker mess up again on the other but this time he didn't threw away the tacos just put them on the side.And honestly now I think that cooker wasn't tired he was on a good one or tipsy..Will never go back to that Restaurant again and the food its much better at ...

Well... I tried to be private about this by calling the store... But since the lady hung up on me here we go...

I normally frequent the losee/Cheyenne location but I recently moved right off Charleston Blvd so I came to this location on 3/3/2023 approx 7:50 pm.

I ordered one taco, one tostada, and a small adobada fry. I live less than 5 minutes away so when I got home of course I'm about to smash this food because it's one of my favorite places...

Sorry to say, there was VERY LONG BLACK HAIR in my fries! (I have short curly hair) I called the store and they didn't answer the first few calls. I didn't want to go back up there because it's Friday, they are busy as ever and I don't want to make a scene letting them know the issue in front of their many customers.

I waited a few minutes and called back and a lady answered at 8:18 pm.. I began telling her I was just there and I told her my order... Soon as I mention there was hair in my food she hung up.

Smh. Terrible... Terrible customer service. Will never go here again. And thank you to the lady in the drive thru who had an amazing personality. She is the reason I gave 3 stars for service...
