bad cusomer service. i was asked to make a statement from another customers account an hour ago, to which it was replied to with the company saying they were contacting the proper authorities. as opposed to their being a positive resolution. employee was incredibly rude. and we have no problem with making a statement to said authotities. i have 25+ years in customer service, and im a military veteran. I treated the employee with nothing but respect and was treated extremely rude and got things thrown out of store door at me if there are any issues, i have no problem with communicating this expierence with anyone they feel they need to share this...

Such a hole in the wall place. I pass by here to get to work and I'm surprised I never spotted it. The sell tons of Mexican candy. They even got my chocopanes (mazapanes covered in chocolate) here! I can never find them any where else other than Mexico. They also sell ice cream, smoothies, and big fruit salads with yogurt and granola. I guess they also sell water as long as you bring your 5 gallon jug. They'll even take them to your car if you ask them. I saw tons of people coming in just for water. I bought a chocopan smoothie but I was upset when I saw they had a ganzito smoothie and I wanted that one...

Tried the water machine and it exploded my water container. I go inside to let the female employee know, to which she replies that it can't happen. I bring the jug inside to show it happens, and as opposed to being even offered a refund, I'm told nothing can be done. I leave busted container on floor and leave, and as soon as I go out the door, the container is thrown at me and my car. Lack of common sense shouldn't be displayed because of a machine error. I will be contacting management and I'll make sure the public is aware of the ignorant display by...
