📍 Bjs in centennial hills. They are always quick and great service and I love the food!!! #lasvegas #centennialhills #vegas #bjsrestaurant #yum

I've tried BJ's several times since moving to Las Vegas in 2014, including recently, on 15 Apr 2024. Although there are several of them between the Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin areas, I always seem to come back to this location (mainly because of its close proximity to my house), whenever I'm with a bigger party. I will say this...BJ's is not my go-to restaurant whenever I'm dining with my immediate family because I don't feel it's as spectacular as many make it out to be. However, whenever I'm with a larger party, I don't mind coming here because this restaurant does have a robust menu which offers entrées to satisfy whatever craving you have, especially for those groups that can't decide on what food genre that everyone can agree on. During the recent visit, my wife and I ordered the 10-Piece Bone-In Wings (BJ's Handcrafted Root Beer Glaze), Deep Dish Nachos, Jumbo Pretzel w/Beer Cheese, Power Bowl with Chicken, and Jambalaya. The wings were cooked to perfection and the sauce was good. The pretzel was phenomenal and the nachos were adequate. My wife really loved the Chicken Power Bowl; however, my Jambalaya was less than adequate. Whereas the flavor overall was decent, I'm just not used to having a "dry" Jambalaya. Also, some of the rice grains weren't cooked all the way. Regardless, it wasn't too big of a deal to bring it up to my server or management, and I even took the leftovers home with me. Of noteworthy mention, the other two in our party had the Tri Tip + Shrimp Scampi and the Chicken Parmigiana, and they both enjoyed it a lot. To note, I've tried the following entrées in the past visits: Honey Sriracha Brussel Sprouts, Chicken Pot Stickers, Ahi Poke, Spinach and Artichoke Dip, Chips and Housemade Guacamole/Salsa, Clam Chowder, Filet Mignon, BJ's Classic Ribeye, Full Rack Baby Back Pork Ribs, Atlantic Salmon, Spicy Peanut Chicken w/Soba Noodles, Classic Hamburger, Mashed Potatoes, Fries, Rice Pilaf, Garlic Roasted Vegetables, and Pizooki Trio. Out of all these items, I wasn't a fan of the Classic Ribeye (lack of meat quality) and Spicy Peanut Chicken w/Soba Noodles (didn't taste authentic from an Asian standpoint) - everything else was adequate. Between all my visits, I'd say the service was great, with the most recent visit being spectacular. Our server, Royce, did such an amazing job with our table and from what I observed, he did a remarkable job with other tables as well. He was highly efficient, friendly, professional, and very attentive - did not skip a beat with his operations. One concern I have with this restaurant is the floor. I don't know what it is but every time I walk in that restaurant, it feels like I'm walking on an icy surface because it feels slippery. At first I thought it was my shoes, but considering I've visited with different types of shoes/soles in the past, I've concluded it's not me. Even if this isn't my go-to restaurant, I still recommend this establishment to everyone. This place has been in the business for quite some time and I know of several people that love this restaurant. I have a lot of respect for this restaurant because of their continued support to the men and women of the Armed Forces - thank you for that! Recommendation to BJ's: Please update the restaurant's info on Google because it currently says, "Service options:...Doesn't accept reservations." Obviously this is false because we were allowed to make reservations online.

Latest experience, no social distancing-they put people right beside each other. You order an appetizer and request a condiment....15 minutes it takes to get your condiment and then your app is cold and rubbery and they want you to eat it that way.. Main dish asked for vegetables to be steamed longer so they can be eaten...nope. Hard as a rock. Last 2x at this location and something is always wrong. This was the runner and the kitchen..my server was on it. I get they probably don't want to work because unemployment paid more but not carrying about your upon our customers is wrong. I won't be back. I always give 4-5 stars for this location except tonight was one for the books. My server was awesome...the good ringer was my issue tonight. Tish or Trish... Brought our food out... Dropped off my husband's plate and walked around with mine trying to find a pizza stand. When she finally set it up, i explained that it was not suppose to have tomatoes. She said it wasn't a problem and that she'd fix it. 10 minutes later, she brought me the same pizza and said that there's no tomatoes and that if i found any, it's from the sauce and to pick around them. She picked the tomatoes off my pizza, not seeing the ones pushed under from when it was cut. You can see the skins of the tomatoes on the pizza, she quickly served the pizza on my plate and ran away. I finished picking off the tomatoes and attempted to eat a piece.it was cold. When my server came by i had her touch the pizza pan...it was cold. I get that it was busy and my server tried to fix the problem ahead of time but communication was dropped but what in upset about is that it wasn't fixed. I can't believe the runner would attempt to pick off the items from my pizza and bring it to me cold and tell me to eat around what she couldn't pick off. I ended up watching my husband eat his dinner. The manager asked if he could make something for me but it's a little too late since it was offered only after my husband was halfway through his dessert. Trish should have told me it'll take 20 minutes and have it remade..i would have loved a hot meal and it was difficult to get the pizza removed from the bill...it wasn't eaten. I won't be going back for a while.

We have eaten here many times in the last 10 years. The pizza is very tasty. The salads are good. We enjoy ordering draft beers with our meals. I like the medium bodied red beer and my wife enjoys the lighter bodied blonde beer. We normally order iced tea with our meals at other places, but at BJ's we like their beer with our meals. I also enjoy watching sports on TV at BJ's during our meals.

On 2-9-2022, my wife, my daughter and I ordered BJ's $10 lunch special that is available on Monday through Friday from 11 am to 3 pm. There are approximately 10 choices of meals at that price. I ordered the Mediterranean chicken bowl with the tasty yogurt dressing. I usually request an additional cup of dressing. This is my favorite lunch meal that I have ordered 3 times to date. My daughter ordered the parmesan chicken and spaghetti meal. It was fabulous. My wife ordered the chicken dinner with 3 thighs, french fries and green beans. This meal was delicious. The quantity of food provided was so great that both my wife and daughter asked for take home boxes. These $10 meals are an excellent value and are all very tasty. We will definitely return for these great meals during lunchtime. Service provided was very prompt. The waitress was very friendly and efficient returning to our booth several times to provide excellent service. I wholeheartedly recommend these meals to everyone. Ken

My wife and I had the $10 lunches twice this week on Tuesday 7-5-2022 and Friday 7-8-2022. There are four choices of meals at $10, where there were previously ten choices on the previous menu. We both ordered our favorite meals that were still available. My wife ordered the parmesan chicken and spaghetti meal. She took part of the spaghetti home. I ordered the Mediterranean chicken bowl with cups of additional red wine vinaigrette dressing and yogurt dressing. We both ordered water with lemons to drink with our meals, a free drink. This is my favorite lunch meal provided by any restaurant. The service was excellent as usual. We will return for lunch many times in the future. Ken

On 7-10-2024, my wife and I had lunch today. My wife ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Piadina lunch with regular cut fries. I ordered my favorite, the Enlightened Chicken Mediterranean Bowl. Both lunches were delicious. Alysha S, our favorite waitress, served us today. She is always very personable and friendly. She frequently comes back to our table during our meal and promptly refills our drinks. I always give her a substantial cash tip for the excellent service that she provides. Today, I gave her a 35% cash tip, which she truly deserved. Ken

On 3-4-2025, my wife and I had lunch at BJ's restaurant today. I had my favorite, Enlightened Chicken Mediterranean Bowl from the lunch menu, which is now $13. However, it includes a dessert. I ordered a tripple chocolate pizookie that I shared with my wife. My wife ordered the chicken wing dinner from the main menu. She was served nine pieces of chicken and french fries. I helped her finish the chicken wings. The wings were delicious. To top off the meal, it was served by our favorite waitress, Alysha S. I gave her a good cash tip for the excellent service that...

If I could give negative stars they would have gotten them.

Let me start off by saying I respect most everyone in the service industry however there are a select few that after my dining experience here, have lost my respect.

We called ahead at 6:30pm on a Friday night, we were told that we would have a spot open at 8:30pm, which given the day I was fine with. We then arrived and they let us know that it would be another 15 minutes to be seated, this is where things began to spiral downhill. We weren't seated until 9:05pm partially because the hostesses were flapping their gums, but mostly because no one there had any idea what they were doing.

When we sat down, it took another 10 minutes to greeted by our waiter Justin. Now just so everyone knows Justin spoke exactly in the same tone as a car salesman (I have nothing against professional sales people). This mix of attitude and pushy-ness set our table of 5 on edge.

Justin would cut us off and to push in his own suggestions, and then have the deer in the headlights look when we actually placed an order. We ordered 3 beers, waters, and 1 soda, Justin then had to return to the table multiple times to get our drink order correct. The beers finally arrived at about 9:30pm, we took our first sip and THEY WERE WARM! We had to wait another 5 minutes for our waiter to reappear and we instructed him to bring us new beers that are cold. He removes the last beer from the table then slams it back down on the table and askes "that's not cold to you?" Which is both rude and something I don't tolerate when I am out in public. So I explained to him calmly that the glass is cold however the beer inside is warm, after this he huffed and told us he would be back with new ones.

When he came back and brought us cold-ish beers, we finally got the chance to place our orders. We ordered our appetizers and our entrées at the same time. We got the appetizers about 10 minutes after ordering them at 9:40pm. We then preceded to wait till 10:05pm for our burgers and an order of fish tacos. We picked up our food and it was all COLD.

So we were fed up, I instructed the manager to come over to the table, and I listed my grievances to him. I told him that we were leaving because this was the worst dining experience that we have ever encountered. He then let us know he will write off the food but he cannot comp the alcohol, this is was OK with cause the cold-ish beers we received were decent. When he brought back the receipt for me to sign he charged me for 5 beers when we only consumed 3. I let him know his error and he then fixed it but his incompetence was on full display.

BJ'S brewhouse used to be one of our favorite spots but over the last year it has been growing worse. Whoever has control over this restaurant needs to clean the entire front facing customer service staff out and bring in people who can actually do the job.

We proceed across the street and got burgers at farmer boys and consumed ICE COLD BEER at home which is what we should have done in the...
