They randomly make you wait in between the windows at the drive thru because "your order isn't ready". I've never been to a fast food place where I didn't wait for my food at the second window. It's fast food, not instant food, I understand there will be a wait. At the first window, she said "pull up to the second window" then before we could reach the second, she reached out and made a "stop" motion with her hand, without any other explanation. We were so confused, do we back up to the first window? There was a car behind us so we couldn't. Is she going to give us further instructions? We waited for a couple minutes before just driving up to the second window. And somehow, the world didn't end while we waited at the second window for our food to be done. And the funniest thing is, none of this would have been any kind of issue if she had just said at the first window "please wait in between windows until your food is ready" which is still weird, but at least I would've known what to do.
Then the manager was rude. I parked and went in to explain that what they were doing was confusing and the manager, with dead eyes in a monotone voice, "we won't do that to you when you do the drive thru". That's not even the point. I was telling them what they were doing was confusing and suggested that they do what every other fast food joint does or at the very least, tell people that their location (no other BK I've been to has done this) has different expectations of their customers. Then she suddenly walked away in the middle of my sentence, clearly just done with the conversation, while the poor cashier guy was just like "yeah it's weird, I dunno". His eyes said "this is her rule, she's crazy, I can't do anything about it, I'm sorry" that any former customer service worker can...

The cashier, manager and the 2 female service crew were just not trained for a good customer service at all!!! We Went inside and I had with me my 5yr old wanting to use the bathroom and they said somebody was inside using the bathroom, so we had to wait for almost 10minutes until 2 female crew got out from there which who knows what they were doing, getting out laughing as if they dont have a care in the world! Then, even after them getting out, they told me that we pretty much have to place our order first before they can unlock the door, so right there I was already so mad coz my toddler have been holding his pee for over 10mins and now we have to go order 1st? Like seriously??? So I had my husband go to the counter to place an order and that's when they unlock the door! They are just rude! Very very poor customer service!!! I don't think we looked like a homeless just wanting to use their bathroom and not order, especially with a toddler? What has gone wrong with this world? They definitely need an extensive customer service training, not to mention their bathroom was filthy!!! And another thing, the cashier named Monserrat (sounds like) threw the receipt to the counter instead of handing it to us nicely! The Manager Cassandra was also really mean and rude! I dont care what they're going through, if they're having a bad day or not but CUSTOMER SERVICE should be one of their priority!!! I'm definitely...
Read moreFirst, I had to sit there for nearly three minutes while I waited for them to even take my order. Second, at the pay window they kept my pennies without even saying a word about not being able to make change, and shutting the window before I can complain about being short-changed. Third, I get dry stale fries that taste like leftovers from the lunch rush. Welcome, Burger King,to the list of businesses that no longer get my patronage.
After a long time not going to this place, I was reminded why I don't go there anymore.
It took almost ten minutes for the three vehicles in front of me to get their way through the drive-thru. When I finally got to the pay window, the guy told me to wait there till he told me to go. After several minutes of waiting he told me to go ahead and pull to the next window where my food was handed to me.
I know why they do this, it's to trick their monitoring systems into thinking their customers are getting their food faster than they are.
Are the employees incentivized to "serve customers faster?" Is the manager? or is it their corporate office authorizing this to falsify service reports to boost their reports for stock holders?
Either way, slowing me down to trick your system still makes your convenient food less convenient. I won't go...
