Put in an online order (at 3:40 pm) to pick up at the drive thru at 3:55 pm. Had a few stops to make and didn't get to the drive thru until about 4:15. When I got there, I can see thru the window three employees just standing around talking. So I wait, and after a while I don't see anyone coming to the window (they have a motion sensor at the window and I've heard it when I was inside). Wait another couple minutes and no one. I used a water bottle to tap on the window, and still no one. (Irritation building), I move my car closer and knock on the window. Finally the male employee opens the window and asks me not to knock on the window. I told him if they were paying attention to the drive thru window and sensor I wouldn't have to knock on the window (insert sarcasm...). He then tries to tell me they were at the grill, I told him they weren't, because I was watching all three employees standing around right in front of the window. Then he tries to close the window, and I'm like, can I get my food???? Needless to say, I won't be back to that shop which is a shame because they are right to down the road. I'd love a call from management to discuss... I have my order...
Read moreI ordered directly from the capriotti's website. I ordered delivery. I waited an entire hour and it never showed but the time of the delivery kept updating and it just kept taking longer and longer and longer. I called the capriotti's at Cheyenne and 215 in Las Vegas and asked him where my order was. They said they don't deliver. However keep in mind you can order delivery directly through their website. I called and asked for a refund and he said he can't do it and that a manager has to do it. He asked me to do it over the website. I thought this was odd because the capriotti's website doesn't offer refunds. What a mess this place has turned out to be at this location. Many times the bread has been stale. I was really hoping to give them an extra chance today. Apparently that's not the case. If they don't offer delivery then they should not offer it on their website....
Read moreThis was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant. I ordered through the Capriotti’s app and very clearly put NO BREAD in the instructions. When I got to the window, they told me to drive back around because the food “wasn’t ready.” Fine. When they finally gave me the order, it was sandwiches with bread.
I pointed out that my receipt from the app shows no bread. The guy at the window didn’t care at all, shrugged it off, and basically told me “sorry” while handing me food I didn’t order. Zero effort to make it right. To top it off, the food wasn’t even hot by the time I got home.
Lazy, careless, and unprofessional. If they can’t follow simple instructions from their own app, or even bother to fix their mistake when called out on it, they don’t deserve my money. Never...
