Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Zombie Alert! I placed my order over the phone and girl that took order had no personality, just apathetic and bored. I arrive at the store to pick up and stand there for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. I'm just watching the backs of 3 girls making bagels for 5 minutes. When one of them turns around for a brief second I try to get her attention but nada. I see an older guy actually facing my way making cardboard boxes (assuming he's the manager), but he too ignores me. When I finally get someones attention, there's no- "Hi what can I do for you". I have to initiate and say Hi, I ordered over the phone. She tells me the bagles my wife and I ordered were out and they had to substitute. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from this location and both times, the bagles we ordered had to be substitiuted for something less desireable. No apologies, no discounts. A free cookie? Nope. I have gone twice to this location recently both times on my lunch break 11am-12. On both occasions all their coffee bins were lukewarm at best, nearly cold coffee. I thought it a fluke the first time, but today the same issue. All the coffee carafes were cold at lunch hour! I will NOT ever return. On the first visit the employee argued w/ me saying that the coffee wasn't cold when it was. Today's visit, the employee offered to make coffee but I am on my lunch break & a long line was behind me. I couldn't believe I was seeing 4 employees at lunchtime, but only one was at the register. All the other 3 were just hanging out. How about some common sense? Open the other register & help people. Worst bagel shop ever! Don't go there for coffee unless you like it cold. They also forgot to give me a side of cream cheese even though I paid for it. Sloppy slow...

This location has seriously gone down hill. On a Saturday and Sunday morning these are your busiest times. This location used to be quick, friendly, stocked and good. The staff now looks tired, are always behind, and talk way too much to each other. Half of the bagels were out, up front shelves were not stocked. Cashier went to the back for 4 minutes meanwhile the line increased. I write this review as a loyal customer in hopes to see something improve. When you have staff calling each other out in front of everyone in the store and your manager clearly has no clue whats going on and peoples orders are messed up and missing items, you've got issues.
