I really would love to give this place 5 stars, but I can't. We booked a table for my birthday party, and at the time of reservation, our credit card was charged for almost $600, including $400 drinks deposit, gratuity, and all the service fees. So I thought when we came there after dinner that we could just relax and have fun, and have no worries about anything. We've arrived on time, and we got seated right away. We've got our drinks pretty quick. The service was great, and the drinks were delicious. Cool vibe, beautiful lounge, our type of music - everything was great. When we got seated, the waitress asked us to provide a credit card, just to technically open the tab, and she assured us that that card won't be charged as we had a prepaid reservation. My friend gave her card, as we thought there was no difference, right? No charge means no charge. When it was time for the last call, our waitress told us we still have $100 to spend in drinks, so we ordered more, exactly for $100. Then we've got a check, and my friend decided to leave $100 more tips for the great service we've received. We left happy and satisfied. Two days later, my friend's credit card was charged for about $600. I sent email to the support team, and had to wait for 3 more days for investigation to be done, and about 4 more days to get a refund on the original payment, which was my credit card, and it wasn'ta full refund as service fees were non-refundable. So, after that I had to transfer money to my friend. And it wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't Vegas, and it wasn't prepaid. People do that to make sure everything is paid off, and then they just go to Vegas to enjoy their vacation/celebration, whatever. But what happened is that first, I felt embarrassed in front of my friend (and she didn't make me feel so, she understood it's not my fault), and second, I didn't want to deal with support, texting them or doing anything about that as I was on my Birthday vacation, and I just didn't need anything to stress me out. As I mentioned, everything else was great. So, I would say just walk in, have fun, and enjoy delicious drinks. But I wouldn't recommend making a...

TL;DR - hostess was awful and rude during a slow period, waitress was friendly, drinks were okay

I was excited about stopping here before we saw a show at the Resorts World theater with my parents. We had reached out to book a reservation for 4 before the show.

When we walked up to a bar of open tables I was surprised to be addressed by a hostess who was cold and short with me. I told her my name and showed her my confirmation email. She told me they didn't have anything on their end but told me the bar and high tops were open seating, offering no real solution despite nearly all the tables being opened. There was also no available open seating at the high tops or bar.

I reminded her we had a reservation and we'd like to be seated, reminding her we would be leaving in 30min for a show. She said we could take the table of a group that was leaving at that moment as if she was doing us a favor.

It took a while for the waitress to help us but when she did she was very kind, likely the only one working the floor so I don't fault her for that. We ordered two French 75s, and old fashion and a gin martini. I'm told the old fashion was good, the gin martini was fine, and the French 75s were bad. They were more gin than champagne and it honestly felt like it was just to cut costs to limit the champagne usage.

By the time we left for the show, the entire place had cleared out. No one had sat at any of the tables the hostess was so desperately saving as if they were actually reserved.

The setting and ambiance was pretty but the overall negative experience with the hostess and mediocre drinks made us not want...

Gatsby's is located in Resorts World next to the casino. We had walked by this place back and forward and decided to finally swing by. The music was amazing and they even have a DJ at night. He was playing good party music and I'm kind of disappointed in myself that I wasn't able to go when the DJ was there. We came here around 630-7 and it wasn't too busy at this point. Which was perfect. The hostess was very friendly and kind. Our waitress was also very friendly! We ordered the bathtub drink, which is on their not so "secret menu". We ordered it because, why not! It's $100, just to be aware. You get to take home the rubber ducks if you want to. The drink has champagne in it! You can't go wrong with champagne! You should def share this drink with another person or a group. But if you're really feeling it, you could probably drink this on your own! We ordered a few drinks while we were there and they were all delicious. I ordered a few espresso martinis and they didn't disappoint! We wanted to snack while we were there and ordered the charcuterie board, which was phenom. All my favorite things on the dish. We also ordered the baguette with truffle butter, fresh shaved truffle, and brie. Honestly some of my favorite things. The snacks soaked up all the liquor and we had a great time. The lighting was dim and passed the vibe check. I love the big lights and the pink/blue color changing. Would definitely check this place out if you have a chance. I would recommend coming at an odd hour before the large crowd comes by. But would definitely recommend coming when the DJ is...
