Title: “A New 5 Star Mega-Resort in Las Vegas”
Pros:
Everything is shiny and brand new
Has full service valet and self parking options. Including a bell desk.
The property is massive and has something for everyone to do no matter what your interests are.
There is an epic pool complex here that has 3 main pool areas that give a true Miami vibe while in Las Vegas.
Pool hours 8am to 7pm.
Has a LIV beach club and LIV night club.
Also has a full concert venue with box office tickets.
24/hr room service
The property has its own rewards card so you can earn points on food and while playing at the resort.
On site is a 24/hr bar/lounge right in the center of the casino called “Bleau Bar” it is a must see while staying at the resort.
The property is very secure no matter where I was in the resort day or night there was always a staff member nearby willing to help.
The room I had was epic. It was a suite on the top floor with an amazing view and it had 2 full bathrooms.
Has a state of the art gym complex with attendants and personal training options. Hours of the gym are 5am to 7pm.
Has a spa with excellent services. You can get a day pass for $180 if you don’t book a service to enjoy the amenities of the spa.
There are several food options onsite including a food court called the “Promenade”. There were several nice restaurants that I will checkout at a later date such as Don’s Prime, KYU, VIDA, Mother Wolf, Komodo, Papi Steak, La Cote and La Fontaine.
Has several luxury retail options onsite for your designer needs including Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Cartier, YSL, Missoni, Alexander Wang, and Rick Owens.
Incidental per night is $150. Also the resort fee per night is around $62 per night with tax included.
Cons:
No 24 hour gym
Prices on site could be expensive for the average person. But it is a 5 star resort.
Ride share pick up has 2 different areas and they both can be far to get to from your room.
I didn’t see any 24 hour food options besides the room service onsite and possibly the coffee/ice cream shop. Which can be an inconvenience if you check in late.
The property is very large and the design of everything can be confusing for a first time visit. I feel like because of this it can cause people to have a negative first impression until they fully experience all that the property has to offer.
Bell Desk Checkout Attendants could be more professional.
I had a sewer smell coming from the guest bathroom but the property resolved right away.
Summary:
I really like this resort. I feel that it’s in a League of its own considering what Las Vegas has to offer currently. It’s way nicer than Resorts World in my opinion. But doesn’t have the refined service as The Wynn/Four Seasons. But with all of the amenities and benefits onsite. It will surely be a staple in Vegas for the near future.
Thumbs Up Or Down: Thumbs Up
Key People:
Jason & Andrew - Front Desk Associates: They made sure my first stay here was amazing even though I had a late night check in. They took the time to listen to what experience I was looking for. And they did everything in their power to make it happen this was truly appreciated. They both have a great ability to connect with people while being authentic at the same time.
Laura - House Keeping: She came right away to address the earlier issue with my room and was very kind during the process.
Alvaro - Pool Bartender: was very knowledgeable on the drink options and made an amazing Pina Colada .
Travis - Bar Back - Lacote: a true star I was surprised he advised he was new. Great choice to hire him.
Poni - Guest Services: another person that understood the experience I was looking for and went above and beyond to make it happen. Thank you!
Naomi - Spa Front Desk: went above and beyond to provide me all of the information about the spa services and amenities. Just excellent at customer service.
Troy - Concierge: Another star he was giving the King of Las Vegas with his knowledge and connections...
Read moreWhile waiting at the entry doors to the hotel a cockroach ran under our chairs (we were sitting in the chairs next to the fancy cars where the taxis wait). My husband jumped into action and killed it but it was pretty unsettling considering this is a “luxury” hotel. When we told one of the men working the dropoff/pickup area he confirmed there are roaches due to the field across the way, told us never to put our things on the ground) then walked away. The next day we came out a different entrance (with the car upright) and another cockroach ran in front of us when we came out the door. When we walked over to the garden bed, we could see several roaches scurrying through the flowers.
Staff is quite rude. We asked for help bringing our bags to our room (I slipped a disc in my back so my husband could have really used some assistance) and we were told it would be $50 to have someone help us. We asked if we could borrow a cart and they responded “absolutely not”. When we asked if we could leave some stuff downstairs and bring it up in shifts they told us our belongings would be confiscated and not returned. I have never experienced that at any hotel I have ever stayed at.
The checkin line takes literally forever. Then if you need anything, if you’re like me and need a replacement key, you need to wait in the 20 minute line again. I tried the concierge, waiting ten minutes without even being greeted, to no avail. There were three people working the desk, helping two women dressed in finery while I stood there in my bathing suit, and no one even said hello or “we’ll be with you shortly”, they simply ignored me entirely. I ended up having to pivot to the regular check in line making my wait even longer.
The pools are small especially considering the size of the property and there are not enough lounge chairs for the capacity of guests. If you come after 10 AM it’s almost impossible to find chairs. Two of the days we were here both of the 21+ pools and one of the main pools (there are 3 for reference) were closed causing even worse over crowding at the open pools. Genuinely every chair was taken, and after circling several times we ended up sharing a chair with a kind stranger. Poolside food was not great, the food is cold and soggy with a steep price tag. Drinks will run you $14 for a soda and $39 for an alcoholic drink. Food is mostly sandwiches that run around $30 and up.
The hotel location is challenging and means taking an uber/lyft everywhere. To walk to the strip would take about 40 minutes and in this heat that’s a non starter. So if you stay here you will need to bake in the cost of rides everywhere you go.
Our room was very nice but the daily cleaning service only included making the bed. We did not receive clean drinking glasses, towels, or additional toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc) without calling guest services for a special delivery.
Shower has no shelves for your stuff even though it takes up half the bathroom. And there is only one towel rack in the bathroom with no additional hooks etc to hang bathing suits to dry. We ended up hanging them off the hall mirror because it was literally the only spot we could find. I’m also convinced the shampoo and body wash are the same thing. I was expecting the resort supplied products to be decent, shame on me because the products are terrible. My husband kept comparing my hair to straw after being in the pool and then showering (my hair is not dyed for reference).
I would sum it up that if you are a VIP, you’ll probably have a great time at this hotel, but if you’re a regular average joe you will be treated as an “also ran”.
I personally wouldn’t stay here again. I had a much better experience at the Venetian, which I highly recommend if you’re looking for a great price, great location, and not only a luxurious room, but luxurious pools, restaurants and to be treated like royalty regardless of who you are.

Read moreThis is the worst stay ever. First, when I checked in, she had the wrong checkout date, which sent me into a panic attack, but when I checked the next morning, it was what I initially thought it was, not what she had told me. She must’ve been new. First two days I had my light on privacy and the housekeeping still came in and moved my pajamas to the dirty table. My curling iron was wrapped up. You’re not supposed to wrap curling irons up like that. I called them after the first day and told them I did not want them in there and they still came in the second day. I don’t know if there’s a miscommunication or what. Plus the privacy sign is very stupid and it looks like it’s a reflection of the exit sign right across from it so you really can’t tell Unless you put your hand over it that it’s on privacy. Like stop being fancy and just get a door sign that hangs over the door handle like normal. I also don’t like the bottles that the shampoo conditioner and body wash come in. It’s really hard to get the liquid out of those. I was also missing $40 worth of Starbucks gift cards when the housekeepers came in. I thought not to report because whatever it’s only $40. Now I’m thinking maybe I should’ve . I called to let them know again. I do not want people in my room.
Third day I couldn’t get in my room so then I went downstairs to reactivate my key. They reactivated it. Came upstairs. It did not work. Had housekeeping call Security. Security came his fab did not work either. They called engineering for the first time. Engineering came and to open the door fixed it or so we thought, the keys worked. I grabbed my stuff for work inside the room and left in a hurry to get to work. I was late because all of the work computers were in the room and I couldn’t get in my room.
After work come back to the room the key is still not working. They call engineering AGAIN. Engineer comes up, supposedly fixes it, I have to leave to drop stuff for work off at a storage unit and drop my friend off at the airport. I get back. I talked to the front desk, she comes upstairs with me to make sure it works, it does NOT.
Again. I have to go back downstairs and they obviously have to give me a new room because the door is broken. Shouldn’t maintenance check those doors and when the battery goes to 40% replace the battery for the door key? I have never had this issue in any hotel . I get the new keys to the new room, but I Still have to wait on engineering to get in the room to get my stuff to then go to the new room. This was the THIRD time Waiting on engineering to get in my room.
All they offered was to take off the resort fees. Shouldn’t I get a comped stay out of this in all the hassle I had to go through? I tried but the lady Manager downstairs on June 4 was very snotty and catty and didn’t really give a crap. I could tell when she was reacting to the hotel staff when the hotel staff was explaining what was happening with me in my room. I saw her roll her eyes. But then when I’m standing in front of her, she did not do that. Still is very upsetting.
Also, I have stayed here before in February and it was not this complicated though. I did have an issue also in February when they didn’t even know where to send me to pick up or drop off my Hertz Rent-A-Car. I feel like that is something the front desk should know. They had no clue where I should park it to return it.
Overall, a terrible experience. This is coming from someone who stays in hotel rooms all the time. I usually stay at Marriott and Hilton’s in Hyatt because of my status. But even when I did not have status, I’ve never had this many issues. I also do a lot on social media and cannot wait to make a TikTok/Reel about this.
Apparently, the owner of this hotel is losing money and doesn’t care because he’s so rich. That is the rumor. It trickles down from the top!
I check out tomorrow. We shall see...
