This is a really great spot. It’s right off the main casino area in a row of restaurants so it’s easy to find. Unlike most places on the strip they have happy hour every day so that’s why I first stopped by.

When I first came in I was seated right away at the bar. Happy hour is a bit early, starting at 4, so it’s before the dinner rush. That’s good because you get a lot of attention and your food and drinks come out fast. The happy hour menu is huge. It has its own book. There’s a wide variety of cocktails and lots of food.

I decided to get the Sunset Sour. It’s a fruity drink, very smooth and sweet but not overly so. There’s a citrus kick to it. My first time I decided to go with the wagyu dumplings, which the bartender recommended for me. They were so good. 4 for 20 sounds a little steep but it is wagyu beef and the dumplings are huge. They are so filling. After eating all 4 I was stuffed. They come with a ponzu sauce and radish slices. I usually don’t eat radish but they provide the perfect crunch to go with the soft dumplings and the ponzu sauce.

I returned on my next trip to Vegas and I was cutting it a bit close to the end of happy hour but the staff hooked me up and made sure my orders got in on time. I was pleasantly surprised when the bartender from last time, Bianca, remembered me AND my drink order. I didn’t even remember but I liked the drink so I’m glad she did! This time I tried the miso soup. It had enoki mushrooms in the soup which I haven’t seen along with the tofu and seaweed. It added a heartiness to the soup which I enjoyed. I also tried the popcorn chicken which was really good. I’m not a huge popcorn chicken/chicken tenders fan because I usually find them dry and bland but this popcorn chicken was the total opposite. Very flavorful, not dry at all. I’m very glad I tried it.

I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this place, especially for...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kusa Nori, and I must say, the experience was truly indulgent. While the price point leans towards the higher end, the quality of the food more than justified the cost.

The first thing that struck me was the impeccable presentation of each dish. From the meticulously arranged sushi rolls to the artfully crafted sashimi platter, every plate was a feast for the eyes. The attention to detail was evident, and it added a touch of elegance to the dining experience.

The flavors at Kusa Nori were exquisite, with each bite bursting with freshness. The premium ingredients used in their dishes were undoubtedly noticeable. The sushi rolls were expertly prepared, combining traditional flavors with unique twists that delighted the palate. The sashimi, in particular, was melt-in-your-mouth tender, offering a sublime seafood experience.

The ambiance of the restaurant was refined and sophisticated, with a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring a seamless dining experience. While the wait times for food were occasionally longer than expected, the attentive service compensated for any minor delays.

The only downside to Kusa Nori is the price. It is undeniably a pricy establishment, which might deter some diners looking for a more budget-friendly option. However, if you are willing to splurge on exceptional quality and premium ingredients, Kusa Nori delivers a dining experience that is truly worth the higher price point.

Overall, I highly recommend Kusa Nori for those seeking a premium culinary adventure. While it may come with a steeper bill, the combination of outstanding flavors, exquisite presentation, and attentive service make it a...

The food was just okay, but the presentation was beautiful. The only good dish was the cod that my mom got. The pork belly was not all the way cooked and I had an upset stomach for hours after...

The service was terrible, our waiter coughed multiple times and did not move his face away from the table...at one point I watched him wipe his nose with the napkin that was used to serve our sake wine....extremely displeased and disgusted by this.

It was my boyfriends birthday and they did NOTHING for him, and this is something that was asked when I made reservations. I also have food sensitivities and NOTHING was addressed to us by our waiter about that.

When we were greeted, the hosts were extremely impersonal and very cold towards me. I did not feel very "welcomed" at all, for being a "high class" restaurant, NONE of this should have happened. I'm extremely disappointed by the service and the food. I would have to say that as a local who goes to many different restaurants, this was the WORST service I have ever had, especially for the cost. I would suggest re-training your staff in customer service and etiquette, otherwise your rating will not be going up. I will NOT be coming here again.

I will say, the only thing these guys have going for them, is that the busboys were excellent. Always had the water glasses full, they kept our table clean when we were finished with dishes and folded our napkins when we left the table for the restroom.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, just wish the service and food matched the...
