I have grabbed a quick dinner for my family here probably 5 or 6 times over the past 18 months. Usually it's pretty decent for the price you pay. They have the pizza portal for easy grab & go if you order ahead online, which I suggest you do. Every time I haven't ordered ahead, the wait time is unreasonable, even when not busy. It's a walk-in counter only with a cooler for drinks. $2.99 for 2-liter and $1.99 for 20 oz. bottles. Some seating would be really nice given the long wait times you almost always experience when not ordering ahead.
Today, I went in and ordered an extramost bestest pepperoni pizza and a cheese w/ half black olives. The olive pizza was great. Lots of black olives. They definitely didn't skimp on those. The pepperoni, however, was pathetic. Extramost bestest are supposed to have "more" cheese & pepperoni. This was VERY shy on cheese and the crust was deformed. Half the pizza was very thin crust and on the other half, the crust was so big, it was almost half of the slices. There was hardly any pizza to eat on that half. After waiting over 20 minutes when I was told 7-10 minutes (not that big a deal, but typical of this store), I finally got my order. I had to ask about it. This was not an extramost bestest pizza. I told the woman from the back who was making the pizzas this, and she was short and rude to me. I pointed out the crust and she actually told me that this is how they always come out because they can't touch the dough in the oven. How about making sure the dough is done correctly BEFORE making the pizza and putting it in the oven??? Seems reasonable. I told her this is one of the pizzas I always order and they have never looked like this. She snapped at me and said "well what, do you want me to remake it?" Before I could even finish telling her that I didn't have time to wait, she just turned her back to me, literally mid-sentence, and walked away. She was so obviously rude that another customer at the register turned to me and kindly said "Wow, I'm so sorry." My teenager said she seemed like someone who hates her job.
I just need to say, I rarely complain and I certainly wasn't trying to anger her but I felt that it needed to be brought to their attention. It's no gourmet restaurant but I expect to get what I pay for.
Overall, the staff is rude and seemingly incompetent. They are slow all the time but the pizza is usually, but def not always, good...
Read moreWe just moved to Nevada and are sorely disappointed by this Little Caesars. The store is nice and the food is usually good, I'll give them that, but the customer service is appalling and the pizzas are never available. We've given this place 4 chances in the past few months and every time it's a 8+ minute wait for Hot-N-Ready pizzas, and we usually are only ordering 1 cheese pizza!
They also don't seem to participate in any of the deals that the Little Caesars everywhere else I've lived had. We're a busy family and our kids love the pizza so we used to go in weekly for the "family meal deal" where you could get 1 Hot-N-Ready, a bag of crazy bread and sauce, and a 2L for around $10. Plus an extra crazy bread for $1. This place has no such deals which makes dealing with the wait and chaos of the place not worth it. We now order from other pizza places rather than going in and having the headache of sitting in there and watching their incompetency as call-in orders are given pizzas that customers have been waiting over 10 minutes for.
I was about 12 minutes into my wait when a guy came in for a pepperoni pizza, he was given one that had definitely been sitting in the hot box for a while, opened it and said "I'm sorry, can I get another? Look..." The woman behind the counter looked at him and actually said, confused, "Oh, but it's only around the edges." Like she expected him to concede and take it anyway. Cracked me up because that's about exactly what I expect from this place.
That same time I got a bag of breadsticks that only had 3 full-size breadsticks in there, the rest were tiny hard little things. I don't even understand how it happened really because I see that they just take a big loaf and cut it and put all of it into a bag. I called in to ask for the manager because I was also going to tell her what that employee said to the man but then she sounded like she instantly knew what bag I was talking about, saying "Oh yeah, that was me, sorry I just wasn't paying much attention". This was supposedly the manager telling me this! I decided it was pretty pointless to bring anything else up to her at that point lol. So yeah, I don't really make reviews but this place blows my mind with its incompetency every time I...
Read moreAny 5 star review below me must either be friends with the manager or they have visited the wrong location. They need to fire everyone associated with this location and start from scratch because never in my life have I experienced such consistently, mind-blowingly horrible service. No organization, they let pizzas stack up on the rack where they make up crazy bread despite the warmers being empty, nobody knows what's going on, they never have your order ready even close to on time whether you order over the phone, in person, or through the app -- I'm talking 30 minutes past the ready time and that's only if you can fight with them enough to give you some pizzas -- and this is despite giving them 2 hours advanced notice for supposedly hot and ready pizzas, or they lose your order entirely. The staff cusses and yells at each other because they're so stressed out from a room full of angry, hungry customers whose orders have somehow been lost over and over again, while the manager is hidden out of sight despite customers asking for her, I believe her name is CiCi. After I waited a half hour for them to make up 2 bags of crazy bread -- despite there being a cookie sheet overflowing with breadsticks the whole time -- I asked for the manager to genuinely try and get her to just help her employees who were visibly upset, stressed out, and lacking any direction or expediting skills. She refused to come up at first but after I asked again came up, completely unapologetic or seeming like she cared at all that her staff was upset and lashing out at the busy waiting room full of customers, I asked for corporate's number and she gave me a number that was out of service. We do everything in our power not to visit this location but sometimes you need some quick cheap pizzas for a party. We've put up with it until this point but after today's visit and the attitude we got from the staff and manager we will definitely not be...
