My siblings and I decided to come get blizzards, with a long line of people all the employees were dragging their feet. Lots of customers are waiting for their treats and instead of trying to complete the ordered they are standing around slowly wiping down the table while they should be completing their orders. The young man is helping customers but he is also the only one making orders and the customers just seem to be an inconvenience. On top of it all the store is a mess and the workers don't seem to be wearing gloves or taking any sanitary precaution. There is no reason for all 3 of these employees should be dragging their feet when their is a line of people that have been waiting for at-least half an hour. They are way more worried about cleaning up (as slow as possible) rather than completing the orders. Finally one of the boys was on his phone, ice cream dripping everywhere, safe to say we’re weren’t very happy.

A good place for a quick cool treat. But every time I get the orange Julius it's either too watery or too much ice. The ice cream and blizzards are good. They have added baked/hot foods the menu (the sign they have is cramping up the little space that is available). They also took out the retro table arcade game that was fun to play. I read a lot of the comments on here and there is a consistency in quality of menu items and cleanliness of the place. When I was there Sunday the carpet was worn and rolled up on the edges (bad enough to trip) and the walls were terribly worn. I got a call from the owner Monday saying she would remedy the situation. Hopefully she does and I will update my review.

This location is small and located literally in the back corner of the shopping plaza next to Durango Taco. The cashier didn't know the difference between walnuts and peanuts. It's evident some training needs to be done when your staff has no idea what wet nuts, walnuts, or peanuts are or the difference in them. Cashier brought out peanuts for my sundae. The sundae was soft serve with some Hershey's syrup. It was alright but you can spend less for this same sundae at McDonald's across the street. Dairy Queen used to use hard ice cream for sundaes and banana splits. Oh well...times have changed or maybe this is just a west coast thing.

I love this store. Yes items run out, and yes things dont always go acorrding to plan. And I see the workers get treated HORRIBLY by these customers because not everything is going how they like it. What everyone needs to realize is that this is how the world works. They try their BEST to make sure everything is done. But who is perfect? The store is clean, and the customers are cared for. And for the comment (under this one) I just read about how one of the employees did not want to take the order over the phone, it actually makes sense. If people have messed up on orders because the customer was not thoroughly clear for he/she would like on the cake that falls back on the EMPLOYEES. Its a 25-30$ dollar cake. If it is written on and lets say its not paid for AND the customer did not show, or the customer did not like what was on the cake that is 30$ less in profit of what they lost. Do you think they can afford waste like that? To simply have to ask for them to show "face to face" to order an EXPENSIVE cake is not that much to ask for, and quite reasonable. Makes 100% sure that the customer will be satisfied with what they have ordered. It makes sense to me. Anyhow, if I go into a business and I am treated fairly with respect and cared for and my order is done right...

Ordered a cake for my son online. Asked them to "make the fudge cookie layer THICK if possible" bc thats my sons favorite part. Picked up the cake sunday for party monday evening...cut into cake amd NO FUDGE LAYER AT ALL!! My son was so disappointed. Called the next day amd an employee offered my money back or the cake remade...I asked for thr cake remade bc my son was so disappointed. I got a call back 10 minutes later from a different employee stating they couldn't put the fudge cookie layer w the strawberry cheesecake blizzard cake bc that cake doesnt come with it...?! I had this EXACT cake from this store in february so I KNOW its possible. I explained this to her and she says she doesn't know what they did there 5m ago bc she didn't work there then. She then told me the manager said not to redo the cake or refund me my $32 since I wrote "if possible"...I wanted them to make fudge layer thick...I know its possible to put the fudge layer in the cake. Ive had it. They said it's impossible...thats why they didn't and wont remake it how I asked...
