Been a repeat customer here since it opened and yes I agree, they shld at least try to hear the negative and positive reviews, not only the positive, constructive criticism.bought brioche donuts last week before my foot surgery spent $30plus including tip.4 brownie butter and 1 pc ube don't. First donut I ate, there is this something that my tongue can feel, and when I take it out of my tongue,it was human hair.i was super disappointed, a very nice donut with a hair mix with the fillings. I took a pic of it the, sent it to the owner and called them.asking for a refund, because the filling is mixed in one bowl, so it means all the filling from the donut are the same, mixed with that hair. The owner said, she can only refund 1pc donut which is $5plus.i asked why that was the instruction, the staff said. I threw all the donuts,$30plus worth of donut wasted. I couldn't go back to return them cuz the next day is my foot surgery. Sometimes you just have to correct something so that your customers wil really know that you care about quality and hygiene, not just to be popular with all the Instagram food critics. I sent the pic to the owner in Instagram and I was put in vanish mode after she read it. Feel bad, thought that you really care about quality and the name of your brand, but now I don't think so. Sorry I had to tell you this because there was no empathy shown or heard from your side. I was in food and beverage industry before and when you get a customer complain esp hair in the food it is a.big deal. But nothing, she will refund only one brioche donut out of 6pcs,one donut was free because I took the promo of buy 5 get 1 free. Thank you. Below are the pics I sent to their Instagram, as soon as she read it she put me on vanish mode. The first time I told you I never ask for a refund! I just told you there's not enough filling q your donuts , that was years ago. And this time , I asked for a refund because it is a $30plus worth of wasted donuts with hair insde. Pls dnt say sorry here where people can see and read. Do it in ur Instagram page, so it will feel like sincere. I don't care not coming there, there are many shops to choose from. Positive or negative comments, you shld be able to handle it not only positive. Blooming buns is not a lost, theres always purple potato bakery, who treats their customers right and with respect. Thank you for your so angry response. Prior to your reply 2weeks ago, yo and I know that the first time I said something bout your product, I only messaged you in instagram,I never came there and I wasn't blocked, like what you are saying. So any time a customer wil say something about their experience, you will get mad and not acknowledge? From the writingshere, you've made it loud and clear,in all capital letters, that you are passed! From what, from the complain? Oh come on, grow up.... Ah pride, you have too much of that.

Went in today to try their pastries for the first time and I gotta say it’s a really beautiful bakery that is well kept. I’m really bad at remembering names but the gentleman who took my order was very friendly. This was our order 1 s’mores brionut , 1 Dubai chocolate croissant, 1 crème brûlée croissant , 1 hot chocolate, 2 iced coffees but one was Vietnamese. Total tab was $49 Now here are my pros about this place : -The displays that show all of your pastries is beautiful. -The presentation of the donuts are so nice that it was too good to be true but when I received my croissant it looked just like the picture. -the lobby decor is very pretty. My cons: -The bakery shop has very limited seating and no bathrooms. -The pastries were over powered by the filling that it was just too much sugar for one to have in one sitting. - the wait time from when we placed our order to receiving it is not ideal for a place that is charging $13 for a donut. ( Btw we waited 30 mins) - there’s no pricing of the specialty treats only the original menu. - It is not an affordable place, hence our total tab of $49. -There’s no frontline efficiency. The person taking the order is also going back and forth to the kitchen to get them. He should have someone in the kitchen bring the order to him so he can concentrate on being in the front and taking care of the customers.

Update 03/23/2024: got a response from the owner I guess about my review. A bit stand-offish for a business owner who can’t take constructive criticism (see their reply lol). Maybe a little business etiquette would help ya!!! Let me see, we were expecting your business to be different from other donut/pastries out in Vegas. To be more direct, check out other donuts out there like Saint Honoré, Cafe Lola, Manon Bakery (yum), Purple Potato Bakery, Donutique, Luchkoff Patisserie, Gäbi, and so much more just check out my reviews. Yes! I’ve been to many different donut shops, hence, yours wasn’t any different from taste to originality. And yes, yours still does NOT standout. If people ventured out of of Centennial, trust me, this donut shop would fail. REVIEWED March 2024: Nothing terribly wrong with the place. I bet other items are good. This just wasn’t for us. The filling to the strawberry cheesecake was abundant and not sweet but maybe a bit too much filling. The choices were just not appealing to us and doesn’t stand out from others most especially the price. Take note: 1) not a dime-in but there is one sitting area. It’s more a take-out/to-go. Didn’t seem like people stayed and there really isn’t much to sit. 2) no restrooms.

Alright, buckle up, donut lovers, because I've just had a revelation at Blooming Buns in Las Vegas. And let me tell you, after years of sampling every sugary ring and fried dough creation this city has to offer, I'm ready to declare: these might just be the best donuts in Vegas, and they are criminally underrated.

Seriously, how is this place not a household name? We're talking about a level of artistry and flavor that transcends your average donut experience. Forget your standard glazed and sprinkles; Blooming Buns is operating on a whole other plane.

Let's talk about the sweet side first. The Strawberry Cheesecake donut? It's like biting into a cloud of creamy, tangy perfection. The Tiramisu? A delicate dance of coffee and cocoa, with a texture that's impossibly light. These aren't just donuts; they're miniature desserts, each one a masterpiece.

But what truly sets Blooming Buns apart is their savory creations. And the Everything Bagel Donut? Oh. My. Goodness. It's a stroke of genius. The familiar everything bagel seasoning, that salty, oniony, poppy seed crunch, somehow translates perfectly to a fluffy, savory donut. It's a flavor bomb that explodes in your mouth, and it's unlike anything I've ever tasted.

The texture of all their donuts is just perfect, a light and airy dough that somehow stays substantial. They don't have that greasy heavy feel that some donuts have, instead they are light and fluffy.

Honestly, I'm baffled that Blooming Buns isn't drawing lines around the block. This place deserves to be packed, with people singing its praises from the rooftops. If you're a donut enthusiast, or even just someone who appreciates a truly exceptional treat, you need to try Blooming Buns. This is a must-try spot....

Mood - My Sweet Tooth is Expensive

I know my sweet tooth is going to get the best of me. I go places on an empty stomach. I rarely tell myself no when I am out, as I work hard to play hard. Well that is where Blooming Buns came to play.

Upon entering was greeted by one of the most nicest and sincere people that I have had the pleasure to meet here in Vegas. " Daniel" he was my sweet tooth guide through my gluttonous world of Blooming Buns. I had questions, he had answers, and my tally began to rise. Lets say I bought a little of this and almost a whole lot of that. Without a bat of an eye. Then I saw Ube Oatchata. And that was added to my adventure. Oh my I should have bought 3 of those to go. I need to only carry cash the next time I come in here. The flavors, the softness, the sweetness, the ooey, gooey, lushiness of those pastries deserves a Pat on the back to the owner. I was speechless because I was stuffing my face.

Interior is very quaint and beautifully put together. Has a small sit up bar facing out, and a 2 Chair with table ensemble. However if you are like me, you dont want anyone to see you wolf those pastries down. Take it to your car, and dont worry about being proper. JS Thats why they make napkins and wet naps.

Would most def recommend - pricing is a reflection of quality and presentation. You can taste the perfection in each of the handcrafted delights. This is not quick fair, as you order, then it is properly prepared in the back. And if you are like me and get things like S'Mores well it has...
