Do not go to this location steer far away. We have been waiting to finally get to try salad to go. We ordered and weāre very excited to try our salad even though the person on the intercom got our order wrong at least four times thatās OK. No oneās perfect tried to order three different drinks. They told me they were out of each one of them thatās OK Iāll try something new Finally got to the window after a long line and took our salads and left. Luckily before we got home we checked the bag and our order was completely wrong. We thought we had someone elseās order. It was later in the evening after me and my wife both work 12 hour days , we just wanted to have dinner and go home so we walked up to the window and a young kid open the window, and I started to explain that our order was wrong, and he told me to bring it down a bit and waved his hands down in front of my face. I explain to him Iām not yelling at you I havenāt cussed at you I havenāt said anything rude I was only explaining my situation and if Iām talking loudly itās because the fan above your window is very loud and Iām close to 50 and I donāt hear too well on top of that thereās traffic from the street and he told me to bring it down again I said listen, you can either give us a refund or just make our salads correct so we can go home and then he snatch the bag out of my hand, smacking my hand when he did it and tried to slam the window on me while yelling I donāt do refunds get your money from corporate. Call them if you have a problem the window didnāt close because I stuck my hand in it. I said excuse me, are you telling me that youāre going to steal from me because I paid for those orders you just took from me right out of my hands he said I can leave or heās gonna call the police wow this is the customer service that weāve all come to know today, this is OK for a manager to resolve an issue with a customer like this I asked him to please call the police because he stole from me. At this point he was screaming at me yelling at me telling me that he is the manager and he can do whatever he wants and if I donāt like it, call corporate , it was later in the evening so I couldnāt at this point I was upset we just wanted to have dinner so my wife asked me to leave and I did and he continue to scream at her about calling the police and eventually he attempted to refund the money, but instead he charged my wife again so now he had to do two refunds all while tying up money on my card and wait you mean he lied to me at the start he could of just refunded my money All of this couldāve been avoided if this kid had any training or was qualified to manage anything because it doesnāt seem like he can even manage himself or his emotions it seems like every review on here has been about their food not being correct and the service they got , well that starts at the top with the manager holding his team accountable hope that corporate takes this review very seriously because I am also a manager of a major automotive company here in Las Vegas. I have customers coming to me upset and angry every single day, but I treat them with compassion and respect and I know thatās my job to fix their problem and make sure their day is a little better after they leave my facility please do not allow this kid to treat anyone else like this again please find a manager for your facility that is qualified for the job and will hold his people to the standard that I believe your company believes in its...

Well Thanks to Brandon he apologized and made it right. He gave me my salad for FREE and apologized profusely for the inconvenience and for that Im giving it 2 more stars and a shout out. Normally I would give a stellar review but tonight maybe was an off night. My family & I eat here 3x a week as we love the fresh ingredients but tonight when we pulled up at about 7pm the menu board lights were off so we thought they had closed early so was gonna leave the drive thru but the employee stated how can I help you. I explained the menu lights were off so we thought you were closed she said oh sorry and sent another employee out to turn them on. Next problem was I ordered The Autumn Salad and evn asked if it as available and they said yes so I ordered. I get home which is 15min away and I got a Caesars Salad instead of Th Autumn Salad which I was very excited to try. I was bummed but hungry so decided to eat the wrong salad and after putting on the dressing and shaking it up into my 3rd bite I had to pull a hair out of my mouth. That did it for me. I tried calling the El Capitan location where I bought it but no answer. I dont know if it was an off night but Im considering not visiting anymore. I didnt get the salad I paid for which on my rrceipt says Autumn Salad and 2nd a hair in my salad just ruined my appetite. Im sad I really love this place and have told so many people about it. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhat a mess! Ordered 2 Greek salads with chicken online. Went to pick them up and there was a long line of cards. Waited 20 minutes just to get to ordering speaker. Saw an unmarked window that people were driving up to apparently the pick up window. Finally got up to the window . They asked if I was someone else. I said no gave my name and that it was an online order. She disappeared, another guy came up and handed me a bag with 1 salad that he said was chicken caeser. I said no 2 Greek chicken. He left and came back and asked if I'd pull into the parking lot and they'd bring it. I said I've been waiting for 20 minutes..and then he was able to produce the salads and ice tea. When I got them home, one was a Greek salad with chicken. The other was a green salad with cranberries, no chicken and BBQ dressing. The "black " ice teas were tropical ice teas as well. Ugh...never again....
