Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I go to this location at least 1x a month if not more. Never had any problems. Today was a quick, I’m not cooking dinner kinda night. I grabbed my son with no shoes and put him in the car to grab Pizza. Thinking this will be a quick in n out. I forget my mask, along with our jackets. When I get there, I was asked to wait outside because I did not have a mask. I said Yah, no problem. And started to walk back out the door. The guy in front of me saw that I was struggling with my toddler. He offered to pay for my meal. Before I could say anything, Devon, behind the counter said “No, that’s okay”. I proceeded to say No, as I was walking out the door because I could pay for my meal. He insisted. Devon behind the counter started to “look up” my order, then says “Sorry, I cant find her order”. I didn’t need him to pay for my order but I find is completely disrespectful that someone offered to pay for my food and Devon took that opportunity from someone. I was so stressed out with my whining, teething toddler, I didn’t have the energy to cook. I didn’t have the energy to put into my child today. I decided to buy some pizza for us. I’m not upset that my meal wasn’t paid for. I’m upset that he took that from someone who could’ve needed it. My friend Brandon is a manager at Marcos. Pizza is EXCELLENT (this complaint is not about the food, it's about the customer service). Ordered through grubhub on 4/22/20, the grubhub delivery person delivered the pizza but not the soda I ordered, even though Marcos charged me for it (see image of grub hub order). The grubhub driver said that's what they handed her (throwing the ball at Marco's Pizza). I called Marco's Pizza immediately after the delivery and spoke to a gentleman there who told me it was an issue with grubhub and that I should reach out to them (Marco's Pizza threw the ball back at Grubhub). After about 5 minutes of going back and forth, the person at Marco's Pizza offered a store credit of $5 which he stated he put under my name and phone number, and that next time I ordered all I had to do was give the person on the phone my name and number and that was it. Today I called in to order, and after giving the lady on the phone the order information, I told her about the store credit. She said there was nothing under my name or phone, and that is I had called in with an issue there would be a record, for which there wasn't. Long story short, I'm never ordering from this location again, and if I have an issue with another Marco's Pizza location, it will be my last with this company. Great pizza, not so great...

I love love love this pizza. I am a picky eater especially when it comes to pizza. I build my pizza because I don't eat pork but I've ordered twice from this location in Las Vegas and they have not let me down. The only other thing happened this time was there was barely any beef on it as you can see in the pic, but I wasn't tripping about that too much because I'm trying to get to the point of not having any meat on my pizza. I took a picture of the pizza, so people can see how good it looks before trying this establishment. I asked my son to order a pizza from one of their locations in AZ and I was not pleased. I can't honestly rate them because my son ordered all of the I don't like ingredients, therefore I can't say much about that location, but the next time that I'm in AZ in the GILBERT area I'm going to order my built pizza then I will rate that location. The only other pizza that's my go to is Giordano's deep dish but this is my thin crust go to. I took away 1 star because I had some navigation issues on the website so I had to download the app then I don't like that they charge $5 for delivery but that doesn't go to their driver's so you have to add on more just to show the driver...
