McDonald's — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Went to this location last Saturday night. Pulled up to the drive thru and was ushered to the first window to take my order. Twenty minutes later I arrived and placed my order. Quarter Pounder deal and an extra large french fry. Employee behind the window took my order and gave me my total. I passed her my card for payment and she dropped it on the ground outside of my vehicle. I positioned myself and was able to retrieve my card off of the concrete outside my vehicle. Never issued an apology or even acknowledged that I did her a favor. Five minutes later she arrives back at the window and explaines that I will have to pull around to the front to wait. I did so! I wait another 15 minutes and finally my order arrives. I got back onto Decatur and head north and I notice the bag that my girlfriend is holding is a smaller one. She examines the contents and declares that we are missing the additional fry we ordered. I turned around to head back and wanted to call ahead to alert them of their mistake. Guess what? As commented before they provided me with no receipt. Now they have a "Huge" sign as you enter telling you no refunds without a receipt. And on the bottom of their receipt is a survey telling them how they did. No suprise it was suprisingly missing. I get back to the drive thru and the ordeal continues. Voice comes over the box and tells me to pull forward. I inform the employee that my order was incomplete and would like my items. He tells me to pull out and wait out front and he will bring it to me. How?? There are now 2 cars behind me! Another 15 minutes and I get to the front. Same cashier as before hands me my fries as though she is already aware that they are missing. She hands them to me with a condesending look. My theory is that the associates at this location have no courtesy, and with all this talk of raising the pay rate to $15.00 for food service workers it is kind of amazing that I still get this piss poor service. So I hope you enjoyed your $10.00 sale because it is the last one you will ever get from me. Learned my lesson. This place...

I'm definitely one regular reviewer who rarely gives bad reviews. When I have a bad experience, I'll stupidly return simply to try and see if my bad experience was an isolated one. Well, I've given this location multiple visits since I'm new to Vegas, and this McDonald's is the closest. I can firmly tell you that this McDonald's is the definition of 🗑🚮

1. This place is always dirty
2. Only a portion of the dining area is ever open for eating in
3. With the restaurant and bathrooms filthy, with a seemingly full staff, I can only assume the staff is lazy, which is a direct finger pointing at management
4. Another implication is that the staff/management is lazy. This is the only McDonald's whose system "goes down" EVERY NIGHT after 10 pm. Once inside dining and ordering is closed for the night. (WARNING Online and app orders DO continue to go through charging your card) I've been able to get my orders when I've ordered with my points. So that might be a loophole 🤷🏾‍♂️
5. For the staff and supervisors to be as slack as they are, they tend to be pretty uppity towards certain less fortunate and assumed less fortunate guest. Such as denying paying customers the restroom door code. This hasn't happened to me personally, but it could just as easily happen to anyone if they participate in profiling.
6. The last thing is the food. I know that at a made-to-order type of restaurant, I would order my burger with a shade of pink in it with no problem, but definitely not from McDonald's. This happened two particular times (that I was in the light to see at least) It's not a good feeling staring at sketchy meat mooing at you. In the end, I have a great soft spot in my heart for McDonald's (most likely eating at my heart 😆) so I don't like to negatively review a place I have no intention in stop eating. I'm going to try for a different location when available, but that's it. This location is horrible. Not all of McDonald's. So enjoy and expire gracefully...

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Im in drive through it's 11:45pm Tuesday February 18 2025 and there's a red truck in front of me no one else the guy taking orders tells me to wait and mind you there's alot of homeless drug addicts that try to go by your car and there's no one else behind me but yet he still tells me to hold ok when he took the guys order infront of me a couple minutes before i even pulled in. Once I get to the drive thru window he tells me he can't take my order in the window ONLY over the speaker he tells me to go around and I said but can't I Just do my order here and then come back around JUST for my food or park in the front and wait for my food he said no and he said the lobby is closed at 11pm and no one can come out or in the McDonald's that i have to get my food through the window so I go around and I see the red truck in the parking waiting to get his order!! So when I made my way back around the drive through line he takes my order and says PARK IN THE FRONT SOMEONE WELL BRING YOUR ORDER TO YOU! whattt didn't you just say you couldn't take my order over the window because once I pay I can't park in the front and wait for my order since the lobby closed at 11pm and none can come out or in the McDonald's he made me make that WHOLE RUN AROUND THE DRIVE THROUGH FOR NO REASON I stayed in drive through waiting for my order regardless I didn't go back to the front and surely it took them 3 mins to give me my order McDonald's used to have the best and fastest service NOT ANYMORE cashiers name I Tyler and the one who gave me my order through the window was a girl seemed like he didn't even want to give me my order. Don't come here at night or after 11pm even on a tuesday!! I never make reviews but this was just crazy and absurd I don't who was crazier the drug addicts roaming around this McDonald's and homeless sleeping knfront or the drive...
