McDonald's — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This mcdonalds has very nice employees but the manager is rude as hell and speaks down to the employees when there is an issue. Literally just 15 mins ago i came through the drive thru as a rewards member they gave me my order all except for the happy meal and my extra toy yet they gave me the drink. I was about to drive away but caught it with enough time to back up to the window. I told the girl and she went to the manager and she was told to get my recipt. I was literally right there and didnt even fully drive away yet the manager is incapable of pulling the order up? In addition what if i said i didnt want my recipt? That seems to be the norm since we are trying to save the planet! Anyway i hand over my receipt and they are about to hand me the happy meal they still have my recipt at this point and i say i had an extra toy. This poor sweet worker tells the manager and the rude manager rudely says i need to pay for it. Um....u have my recipt you just looked at it! U cant read? I said i did....its on the recipt. The manager slams the box of toys in front of this sweet employee after looking at the receipt again as if she was the incompetent one. Uh no you stuck up low grade manager you are the incompetent one who cant put a simple order together nor can you read. Dont take it out on the exemplary employee. My suggestion go get unemployment you dont derserve that treatment and neither do I. Im going to the other mcdonald...

I went in to this McDonald's and ordered a chicken sandwich, with a medium drink and a medium fries, with another medium drink and fries. I also ordered a quarter pounder, and I asked the girl to split the chicken sandwich for me, she told me that they do not cut the sandwiches and offered me a plastic knife. When I brought to her attention that other places do it, she went and got the manager who came over and proceeded to tell me that they do not sandwiches, I admit that was frustrated with the service and the managers attitude and his lack of customer service skills, I proceeded to pay for the order anyway. I handed him a torn $20.00 bill, which was missing a small piece, and he refused to accept my money, due to the condition it was in, and he proceeded to argue the point about the $20.00 bill, so I left and went to Wendy's where that were happy to accommodate me with my order. I called McDonald's corporate and told them about my service at that McDonald's location and how rude the manager was, and I made it clear to corporate that their competitors have no problem with accommodating our needs. Just picked up some food at 11:45 PM. I was told while I was ordering at the drive-through that they are only excepting cash right now. I actually happen to have some cash on me even though this was a business expense figured I could just ask for a receipt for my expense report. When I got to the window it seems strange to me that the guy took my money give me my dollar change with no receipt. I asked for a receipt twice and was completely ignored as he returned to the window with my food. Handed me my food and I asked for a receipt once again and he walked away from the window. I did not drive off I stayed at the window until he finally returned and I asked him for a receipt once again. At this time he told me what my total was again and said he’s not able to give me a receipt. I asked him why I can’t have a receipt he told me he’s unable to process receipts right now. I never asked for the managers name and explain to him that I needed a receipt for my business expense. He repeated my total again and said if I wanted to I could just call the store.
