Not recommended what so ever based on customer service alone. I received undercooked rice, and when I called to let management know instead of coming up with the solution instead, the "manager" wanted to argue about and diminish my experiences. She then stated that the rice was not undercooked as they cooked the rice for 45 minutes in the cooker. I explained to her again that if my rice is hard or crunchy, it is undercooked. She then proceeded to tell me that if I did not want to "cooperate," she would refer me to customer relations. After explaining to her that me stating that I received underccoked rice is not being uncooperative. The "manager" then proceeded to hang up in my face. When I showed up in person to cuss them out the "manager" denied what she did and that it was her because she didnt want to get cussed out while I was actively on the phone with corporate. I then requested for my immediate refund of which she processed back to the card used and claimed it would be immediate although the refund receipt says "Credit" which means it will take 3-5 business days after I requested an immediate refund wether back to the card or in cash. I then asked for the store and district managers number and was subsequently given the number to Customer Relations, which I clearly already had, seeing that I was actively on the line with the department throughout the entire interaction.
Make note that this is the second location and the second time I received undercooked rice in the valley, so obviously, they need to figure out why this continues to be a factor acrossed the board. Apparently, they are not using enough water, or the 45mins is not sufficient for the batches of rice they are making. It does not take a rocket scientist to...
Read moreHad the worst service ever. Cashier didn't put 2 extra entree that we ordered(they charged us thou) and I found it out when I arrived at hotel. I called them to ask about refund and they said I need a receipt. I said " I couldn't find a receipt because I didn't expect to go back there. Cashier said she can give me refund if I can come back tonight since she can remember me. I drove 15 mins for refund and she said she can't get me the refund because I don't have a receipt! great! She kept telling me to wait till she reaches to her manager. I mean I would have not come to the place If I cannot get refund at first place. But she kept saying she doesn't have an authority to give a refund. So, I asked for the number of manager and manager wasn't much different, saying the system doesn't allow them to refund without receipt over and over. I meant I didn't ask for extra money or service for their fault , I wouldn't go back there if they said I can't get a refund without receipt at first place. spent at least one hour to get there and didn't get anything. Plus, raspberry tea was out of order when i ordered a fountain drink and rice was very dry. Thanks for ruining my first day...

Okay, I see you're in the middle of helping someone, of course. Immediately after he completed that transaction he went to help on the line. Okay, I understand, that's why I asked if I could, he should be back..like he said.. Easily over 5 minutes go by before he comes back and points to us as if to ask "you needed?..." Gift cards? I say. He asks who I assume was the manager on duty (at about 7:15pm on Saturday, 12/23) and comes back to tell me "we have a lot of orders right now so it's gonna be a little while before we can get to you." ?? I said would it be better if I just go to another location? "Probably" he said. Ha! What??.. That's so funny.
