I called the store because the tracker was showing my order was delivered at 8:08pm and it wasn’t . So I called the store and spoke to a woman named Amber who said that “their app sometimes glitches and says orders are delivered when they are not.” I told her well maybe someone should report that to get it fixed. As I’m speaking to her the delivery shows up approximately 8:35pm. I’m still taking to Amber and she hangs up. I called back, she answers and when I asked “is there a reason why you hung up” she placed the phone on hold and the hold music started playing. She came back to the line and said “ I already told you what the issue was… and when you called back the other line rang so I answered it.” I immediately asked if she was a manager and she said no and placed one on the phone. Another female gets on the line and says hello. I asked if she was a manager and she said yes and when I asked for her name she said, Lisa. Lisa did not hang up but after letting her know what her employee did she responded “ok”. This location needs to do better or hire people who want to work. Hanging up on people or placing the phone on hold while people are talking is rude. No I don’t expect the manager to reprimand her employee while I’m on the phone but saying “ok” was more in a “whatever tone” versus trying to make the situation better. Fix your glitching app! Fix...
Read moreThis location is the worse, mainly because of how the supervisor handles things. I received a notification my food was delivered and it was not. I called the restaurant and the supervisor said she called the driver and checked the tracking saying it was delivered to my house and the tracking showed it at my address. I told her that was bs and to refund me and i will come up there for the receipt. While i was on my way there the driver called and stated he had my food snd was on the way. He delivers part of my order and says he would go back and let them know the rest was missing. Well the manager didnt belive him. I called back and the same manager wanted to argue saying she made the box herself and to send her a picture showing what we received compared to what she was saying we received. Picture sent and she sends the rest of my food out. Arguing with a customer bc they never received their food is wild. The driver was great amd really tried his best to rectify the situation and could only do what was within his means but the supervisor at this location "Jennifer" was not pleasant to deal with AT ALL !!!

Read moreI have been going to this location on Sahara and Forte apache for 14 years they have always been the best pizza within a 2 miles radius very sweet people great pizza but in the last 3 weeks the crust has been horrible flat in the middle I was told the dough was overproofed I had to give both pizzas to the dogs today just had the same situation so took both back they happily replaced them with the same over proofed dough better because the we're pan style and stuffed crust not our usual hand tossed. Please get it together or get rid of who ever is responsible. The pepperoni is the best thin and crisp most toppings are no problem. This 5 star pizza Hut is going down for the count it's so sad!
