Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I will never buy from Pizza Hut again. I had a 2 litter pepsi bottle included in my pickup order. I arrived to the store at 8461 Farm Rd Ste 110, Las Vegas, NV 89131 and the manager told me: here's you order. It's already paid for. The items were on the counter and the manager, sitting, never raised his head to even look at me. I picked up the pizza box and the box with wings and went home .Then I realized that the 2 litter Pepsi bottle was missing! The manager never put it on the table . I called twice to that miserable Pizza Hut store. I first spoke to a woman and asked her to deliver the missing bottle. She said no, and that I was supposed to grab that bottle from the fridge on my way out. What?? Why would I do that? When I pick up an order the store is supposed to give me all the items that I ordered. I hung up and called again a few minutes later and the store manager picked up, I recognized his voice. Again, I asked him to deliver the missing item which was never presented at time of pickup. He refused and said "you want the Pepsi bottle? Come and get it". Shameful. That person should not be a manager of a Pizza Hut store. He's not fit to even wash the dishes. How disgraceful. Shame on you. I have posted this review on Google Maps...

Are very unprofessional . I moved to this area a couple weeks ago the first time I ordered they claimed that they called me and they never called my number. They were very rude and refused to serve me. I was trying to make me pay on card instead of cash and claimed that they called me and it came to my house and didn’t because I live in a gated community .u have to call me phone for me to open the gate.tonight I called in the same rude guy answered the phone. I was trying to put in my order and he was rude because I misunderstand the sodas. He told me they had and told me that I have a hearing problem or how I don’t know what he said, and was my ears working and I hung up in his face, very unprofessional and rude, and should not be working there. If that’s how you treat customers loyal, customers has been with them for years as well. I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager very unprofessional and apparently he knew my profile and recognize my voice because he was so rude to me after waiting a couple weeks to order from this place again...

They canceled my order after telling me they'd fixed an issue where it didn't send as a later time, rather an immediate delivery, through the app. I reached out 30min after my food was supposed to be here to find out that my order had been "canceled" not pushed back to a later time by the automated system. I waited to speak to a representative just to be hung up on by the employee. I immediately called back & was told it's because I'd ordered and changed the order through door dash, but I hadn't used door dash I'd used PIZZA HUT official app. Definitely do not recommend even if pizza hut is good pizza, the customer service and professionalism of this location is a disgrace to its...
