I'm going to start by saying I don't like leaving a bad review for a business but I can't even believe it was this bad! I placed a order for delivery online using points so the pizza was free but I did upgrade to a stuffed crust pizza as well as ordering breadsticks and Pepsi. My order arrived quickly, however, it was not the right pizza. I had received a hand tossed crust instead. I called the store and was told by a manager that she would apply a credit for a future pizza. At this point, I was happy with the outcome. Fast forward a couple days and I attempt to call the store to redeem the credit. I get routed to a central phone operator for which I explain the situation and she transfers me to the store directly. I gentleman answers the phone and I explain what happened and I just wanted to use the credit for a pizza, he places me on hold, for TWENTY MINUTES!!! I finally hangup and call back only to get hung up on, I tried again and was hung up on again. Needless to say, by this time, I was over it and ended up ordering Papa Johns which actually ended up tasting much better anyway! I will NOT be ordering from this location again! Read morePizzas good. This location not so much I got charged three times by mistake and called the wrong store at first. The first person at the other location was SUPER nice asked for my number to see if she could resolve this issue by looking at my account or whatnot. She ended up telling my I had to call the location I ordered from I said thank you and called this location. Girl answers and I say I was charged three times. She then proceeds to tell me I’m wrong like I don’t have bank statements that prove it and then tells me that I don’t need to call Pizza Hut I need to call my bank and it could’ve been said much nicer. She then tried to explain to me how to call the bank and why I need to call the bank. I said don’t patronize me why do you think it’s OK to talk to me like this and so she proceeded to hang the phone up on me. I call back and I got hung up on twice more I finally get a connection through to the store to ask for a manager she said she is the manager so that’s how this location as being managed and she was completely rude and has no customer service skills probably shouldn’t be working in the customer...
Read moreThe worst Pizza Hut experience by far ever in my life. First 40 minutes to an hour is not a problem if the food is hot. Then I get a call 10 minutes after ordering my discription to my address is not good enough. Then at 45 minutes I wait chance my clock for another 15 minutes those go by I call ohh he’s 10 minutes away “can we call him?” No he doesn’t have a phone. 10 minutes go by still nothing while I am on the phone the kid finally walks up food not in a hot bag just out in the open hands it to me and says ohh I forgot your credit slip proceeds to rip the top of my receipt off and asks me to sign that because that’s official! I can feel already my food is ice cold and when I opened it up I got ice cold wings and a flat pizone or what ever it’s called that looked like it was made 2 days ago.
