EXTREMELY piss poor service! My first time there I was advised by the bartender that my drink would be comped provided I “played enough”. Ok, no problem. I assumed it was the same as every other bar and casino where your drinks are comped after playing a certain amount. I went back for the second time gambled, drank, and ordered some food. What do you know, when my bill was brought to me the only thing on it was the food which I paid for. My drinks were comped due to me gambling. Fast forward to tonight I go in, order my drink and start gambling only to be told she needs to hold on to my credit card due to me walking out on my bill previously. I have NEVER walked out without paying my bill! Upon explaining that I paid my bill and tipped my bartender I was basically called a liar! I asked to see camera footage of me walking out on my bill and she refused! At that point I took my money and left as I will NOT be treated that way by anyone! If I honestly walked out on my bill the first night I was there then why didn’t anyone stop me and say “excuse me you forgot to pay your tab” or something along those lines?! Not wait until nearly a week later and accuse me of something that clearly did not happen otherwise my bill wouldn’t have been paid on my next visit. Smh! A complaint has already been made to the headquarters and passed along to the regional manager. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated this evening!!! Now open! PT'S did a great job on remodeling this location to make it their brand. Great place to get a drink, good pub food, gaming and watching your favorite sport on one of the many Tvs. James is the manager for this location. Great bartenders and staff at this location. Just in the first few days that this location has been open a lot of the local folks have come and have enjoyed the service and gaming. The bar is open 24 hours.
