Bartender Dena during shift of 2/28/2019 @ 7:30 p.m. gave me my bill for happy hour during 5-7 p.m. I ordered some drinks at exactly 6:55 pm before happy hour was over & she was being extremely rude & giving me attitude about how the system shuts down at 6:58 pm & she couldn’t give me the happy hour price because she did not put it in the system fast enough . I don’t know what kind of people you have working for you but I have never experienced this in my life !! I spend hundreds of dollars at pts & I recommend friends/family to them . A lot of the bartenders know me as I go there on a daily basis & to be honest I’m never going to recommend anyone to this particular pts again (Sahara & Decatur) . I had already heard about this bartender prior to going because my brother told me not to go to this specific location because of the bartender named DENA she’s always being mean and giving attitude . I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt . I came here to this location 2 days ago with friends & another bartender helped us and she was amazing . But just this bad experience is going to make me not go there ever again . & I hope someone reaches out to me and gives me a refund for the price I paid for someone else mistake . As a bartender. It was some of the worst service I've ever seen. I came in less then a hour ago. I had been in for the previous bartender the same day and had great service. However the bartender who took over. Me and my friend are both bartenders in town. We simply wanted to have some shots and play pool. Yet what we got was shots that were not poured evenly. I understand you do not give shots that are 1.5oz but i had a full shot of Jameson and my friend was poured half a shot. Then we played a couple games of pool and were chared the full hour for it. I'm not even mad about that. What i am upset over was the fact that when i tried to close out my tab. I was ignored for some African American guy the bartender was busy flirting with. I asked nicly for service as I saw she was busy. Then over the course of 10 minutes and multiple requests for her. My friend had to go up to her and ask for service. She should never be...
