This location (Rock Springs) has gone down the toilet. This was my all time favorite location & go to as I'm on my way to work. My order today (Box Combo) was very disappointing. Chicken is DRY (over cooked for skimpy little chicken pieces). The batter had no fluff or any flavor like it use to. I had to add 8-10 suger in my sweet tea that had no label on the fountain (I confirmed that I dispensed the correct tea). Thank you for an expensive undesirable dinner before a 10hr work day. Ended up throwing it away after a few bites. Too disappointed. Been eating Canes since the opening on Craig Rd. 10/23/22... I am done and over this restaurant..Prices go up and get little tiny fingers. Are you frakking kidding me! After the chicken finger eating contest, of course the fingers were decent size. Now, back to little slivers. Showed it to my coworker & he even said that it was ridiculous. So frakking po'ed it's in the trash. Fries didn't even look cooked. I noticed this location has an revolving door employee wise. Treat the good ones well so you have consistancy & happeir customers. Go get bent w/ ur over priced crap! 08/31/24, Gave this location another shot..I am officially done with this location. I had ordered a Box Combo substitute slaw for another toast Bobby style with sweet tea. I ate half the order & saved 2 fingers & toast for the following day. It appears they recently had pest control service the establishment as I can smell it on their napkins. While eating my left overs, I found either a small beetle or baby roach on my toast. Trust me, I am a dedicated Caniac..this location has some issues. Going back to my location where I am known. Peace out Rock Springs.

Went to this particular canes today a little after 11 and ordered a caniac combo extra crispy …unfortunately this time I didn’t check my bag prior to driving off.. food was made to order of course .. arrived at home and noticed how light in color they were but I was hungry so I took a bite and immediately regretted it.. the chicken strips were undercooked(pink), breading falling off as if I asked for naked tenders .. seemed as if they took them out sooner than the regular cooking time they’re supposed to be in there… which is crazy because they told me it would be a little wait due to them being prepared extra crispy … even the toast was barely toasted smh… only thing I ate were the fries which seemed to be the only thing prepared correctly smh very dissatisfied with the food I received from this location today …great service though (I tried to take a close up pic of the undercooked tenders but they didn’t come out too well)

Come on Raising Canes, I paid $61 for 5 plates and the chicken tenders are more like chicken nuggets in size and if it wasn’t for the cane sauce and the ketchup both the chicken and fries would be bland at best! Your company has taken it to the next level when it come to price inflation and shrinkflation! Absolutely disappointing, I was always a fan, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with your company and possibly the last experience, because the prices are to high for the size and the food was okay at best.

This was my first visit to Cane's on a recommendation. Cane's only sells chicken fingers and a few sides ike crinkle cut fries, cole slaw and Texas toast. It has Coca-Cola products and sweet tea and unsweetened tea. I told the cashier this was my first visit to Cane's and she recommended the chicken box. It was busy inside and the employees were helpful.

The chicken fingers were nicely crisp without being overly greasy. I had honey mustard sauce; it is thinner than I've had at other places. An original sauce is available. The cole slaw was cut into tiny pieces and had a sort of sweetish, slightly vinegary mayonnaise-like sauce. The fries were okay. The Texas toast was a thick slice and I would have enjoyed it more had I eaten it at Cane's instead of getting take-out. Yes, it lost that toast quality as it got a bit soggy from absorbing some of the hot moisture from the chicken fingers and fries.

The chicken box has 4 chicken fingers, fries, cole slaw, Texas toast, and a drink for around $8-$9. A senior discount is available. I think this is a really good deal for this meal and it was definitely filling. I suggest you eat on-site so your food doesn't get soggy. The chicken tastes better to me than many other places that offer chicken tenders.

Yes, I will return to eat a meal on-site. Yes, there is a parking lot and a drive-through window.

2/14/2022 update: Lemonade is also offered here and my usual drink of choice. Having been here many times since I first wrote this review, I still enjoy the food here. Since I mostly get take-out, I have discovered that heating up the chicken fingers in my air fryer is a big plus as it crisps it right up. Pricing may have increased about a dollar from when I...

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION AT ROCK SPRINGS!! For the 2nd time we tried to order for delivery from Rock Springs location Las Vegas our order Not only was incorrect, the fries were rubbery and uncooked all the way, the extra Cole slaws were ordered we DID NOT GET let alone any Cole slaw at all, and correct me if I’m wrong aren’t the bags supposed to be taped up before they leave the restaurant? So the drivers can’t stick their fingers in our food and grab a few fries or anything? Our bags arrived just fully open no secure wrapping or anything!! Gross!! And lastly, hot food in styrofoam containers makes condensation! You’d think they would know this and wrap the damn bread in something! Instead the bread arrived soaked from water condensation! This is the worst location for delivery don’t order from this place. If you want Canes go inside don’t have it delivered! We won’t be going back here anymore these workers clearly DON’T care for their product after it leaves the establishment for delivery! We THREW away all the food we ordered simply because the bags weren’t sealed while being delivered, the fries were raw and the chicken cold and when I went outside our food was sittings rite next to the drivers lap with the plastic bag handles sticking straight up! Not even tied! Hope he enjoyed eating those raw awful fries on the...
