Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - after Planet Fitness workouts, this is a place to get a quick bite!
Beef Burrito (5/5) - very simple item with just tortilla and shredded beef in a broth so the bottom of the burrito is very messy but it's absolutely delicious with the red sauce.
Beef Chimichanga (#13) Combo Plate (4/5) - very heavy and large portion with delicious rice and beans. Don't need the extra sauce and sides so prefer the regular beef burrito.
Chicken Burrito (3/5) - simple burrito with just tortilla and shredded chicken. Unfortunately it's on the drier side so would stick with the beef burrito.
Monday Special of Carne Asada Fries (smaller individual portion) and regular carne asada fries (5/5) - the 60th anniversary special gives about a 1/3 size of the regular carne asada fries. While the presentation is much better, the pricing and quantity of food doesn't make it a very good deal in our opinion. The fries are smothered in steak, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, and cheese (sometimes melted) and it's a complete hot mess that is absolutely delicious though!
Service: 5/5 - quick service and to the point
Ambiance: N/A - a counter you can order from with two tables that is shared with the sandwich shop and customers waiting for their cars
Value for price: 5/5 - quick service, decent food, reasonable price! My SO has ordered food from this place 5 times in 7 days so that's saying something. Do note that the quality is a bit inconsistent depending on who is cooking for the day though!
_12/11/2022 Go here many times after planet fitness workout. Very inconsistent quality but enjoyable because of their super spicy red sauce. Going saturday night 11:30pm… mistakeeee. Many in line and many picking up to go.
Wait 30 min for my beef burrito… gives me chicken. Guy in disbelief but receipt also said beef… He throws wrong burrito into the trash and shouts into the kitchen to make another.
30 mins pass. he sees me waiting. eye contact O_O yells into the kitchen again… they forgot about my order. Hurrily gives me a sloppy wet half-filled beef burrito.
Sadness. Despair. :((( Waited an hour for a...
Read moreI typically go to the robertos on rampart and lake mead (so good!) But this one was on the way to charge my car so I said why not? I wish I had driven to my usual place for sure. Everything went pretty well ordering. I got 3 rolled tacos with sour cream and cheese. I asked for extra cheese, and was charged for it. This is something I order from other robertos frequently and I always pay for the extra cheese. I understand I'm asking for more than is usual, so I pay for it. I asked for limes and green sauce to be included. When my order was ready, I had green sauce but no limes. I asked for limes and the girl working was very nice and got me some. I got to my car and took a peek at my rolled tacos and saw there was the normal amount of cheese on it. As I said, I order this often and sometimes I get extra cheese, sometimes I don't. I can always tell the difference. This was the normal amount. I went back up to the window smiling and apologized and asked if I could get more cheese please. I was so sweet and friendly and this girl was so rude to me. She said that is extra cheese. I smiled and said okay, can I please get more? I really like cheese and laughed. She said no, that is extra cheese. I said okay, I just usually get a lot more when I go to other Robertos. She said no, not at robertos. I said yes. At robertos. I took a deep breath and said, I paid for extra cheese. Do you mind just putting some more on there for me please? She said no, that is extra cheese and rolled her eyes. I stared at her.... she rolled her eyes and went and showed the cook, he looked at me and I said do you mind if I get some extra cheese? He took it and put some more on there and said something in Spanish and the girl started laughing. She then rolled her eyes yet again, gave me the food. I said thank you so much and she closed the window in my face mid sentence. I seriously don't get why people are so rude or feel the need to argue with others. I was just asking for a small handful of cheese and paid for it. The worst part is the cheese here is weird, different than other robertos. It's like their shredder makes thicker shreds. I'll definitely...
Read moreOrdered $60 worth of food from this location the other night. Got home and the burritos and tacos were cold. I could tell that the tortilla on the burrito seemed a touch warmer than the contents inside which tells me that this was not made to order.
If it wasn’t for being so late I would of returned the food but instead chucked it in the trash. Was told when I went to location next day that I would get my money back however the owner decided to call us 3 days later (after going back and forth 2 times since) and basically tell us that she wouldn’t refund our money. For her to fight over the $60 dollars you can tell she needed the money rather than to potentially make a customer who has gone there many times happy.
Post Covid customer service for you. That $60 costed you a lot of future business so I venture to guess your not so bright. The reason the food contents inside the burritos was cold is simple, I’m an Exec Chef of 26 years and have seen it all. They aren’t cooking to order, they had a container on the flat top with said ingredients sitting for God knows how long and when they scooped out the contents to build the burrito they took it from the top of the pan where it was cold.
Lazy as they didn’t even have the common decency to throw it in the flat top and flash it just to fake it and make it hot. Will not ever eat at this place again as that is a potential food hazard and goes against Clark county health code rules and regs. I’ll also be making a call down to SNHD to let them know so they can come and check up on your hygiene and if things are up to HACCP standards with temps for hot and cold holding. There ya have it and one star was too much wish they allowed zeros!
The owner clearly doesn’t care just so long as she takes your money. Do not eat there you will be very...
