The most welcoming beauty store I have ever been into! I came in the first time and was greeted by Farah who took the time to understand my concerns and suggest a few products. I was amazed at her knowledge and willingness to provide samples to let me try many products before purchasing (with sensitive skin that likes to react this was amazing to me!). On my next visit I was able to meet Harmonie who went out of her way to listen to my questions, always answering with honesty and not just for a sale. She has led me to some great new brands, especially their own m-61 line. Clearly the staff make a huge difference to an experience!

I had passed by this new addition to Rampart Commons for quite some time, as I had never encountered this retailer before. I was thrilled! They carry an array of luxury, natural skin care products and cosmetics. Its a high end cosmetic candy store : ) Brandy was welcoming, pleasant, professional and is impressively knowledgeable in regard to each skin care / cosmetic line. Her enthusiasm made me eager to try a different product line than my usual go-to and she offered testings so that I could truly decide before investing. Love my Caudalíe products!! ...

We always get great service from this Blue Mercury. They always carry the highest line products and we are always satisfied with the recommendations from the knowledgeable staff. Very kind and friendly consistently going above and beyond. And the return policy is great. Not satisfied, return it. We always leave with handful of good products. I love that they always give us so many great samples. Often times very large sizes. Sure we spend alot, but its a way to earn our business and keep us coming back for more. See...
