My FiancĂ© and I purchased a Big Sur couch from this location in 2019. We Paid over 5k for this couch. The main selling points were the covers were washable and dirt easily wipes off. We have two huskies and asked them specific questions because they do get on the furniture. A few months after we purchased the couch I had to wash the covers. ALL OF THEM SHRANKâŠ. There were thousands of threads that come loose due to poor construction. I reached out to them immediately and months later with no one getting back to me I continued to call. I finally got new couch covers after OVER A YEAR of my initial communication. I was told they are washable and I should have no issues moving forward. I got these covers in August of 2022. I have waited as long as possible to wash them for fear of them shrinking even thought I was assured they were washable. I just washed them (on col) and surprise surprise they have shrunk AGAIN. Our bedroom furniture was damaged in shipping, I understand that part,but they left the damaged items in our .We talked with customer service and was told we would get replacments on Friday with a confirmation email.That never arrived.We called and we're told another customer serve rep. She said she sees the order. We went back to the store to confirm the items everything was good. She also confirmed all is well. Today @700am We got a call saying they had 2424442to cancel because they didn't have the items. We already cleared the room in anticipation of the arrival.Why didn't we get a call before hand? Mins you they left our room a mess. We ordered a stroller almost 17 days ago and today, the delivery day, nothing!!
We called to find out the status of our stroller and they donât know when will be delivered. We need that stroller because my new grandchild is about to born and we need it ato get out of the hospital.
They donât care. The only response is, you have to wait 5 business days to find out when will be delivered.
Itâs absurd, and they are charging the full price in our credit card!!!
Thatâs a robbery.
Do not buy anything in that store.
I called again to cancel the order and cancel the card also. We donât want to do more business in that class of business who doesnât care about customers.
Be aware and thin twice.
We ordered today at Nordstrom and itâs ready today !!!!!
