While browsing their website, I stumbled upon the cookie cutters I had been eyeing for a while. Unfortunately, they were often out of stock whenever I tried to purchase them. During my visit to Las Vegas, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had a few left, and Joe kindly set them aside for me. However, upon picking up my order, there was some confusion as they included a pumpkin bread mix that wasn't mine. I had to return the item that I was inadvertently charged for, the staff struggled to locate my information in their system, leading to the creation of another account with a misspelled name. Although the cookie cutters turned out to be larger than I had anticipated, I decided to keep them as a reminder to carefully inspect items before completing a purchase. Despite the minor hiccups in the ordering process, I appreciate Joe's effort to reserve the items for me and the store's willingness to rectify the situation. Read moreWow! As someone that has worked in retail for a long time I have never been given such poor service as I was just given at this William Sonoma location. I walked in with my family to look for a food processor...Nobody greeted us however, a tall older slim woman with short hair said ladies, ladies we close at 7pm and we still had 20 minutes to shop. As I always say you never know what someone is going through and maybe an outing is the best part of their day. This is by far the worst experience I have had in my time in las vegas and will never step foot in this location again. Maybe have the DTS team train this store on what customer...

Then, you'll get an investigation done for 10 more minutes, while you're on hold.
Then, you'll be told to wait for the gift card to be mailed to you by snail mail, and it should arrive in a week. You'll be provided the equivalent value they lost. Nothing digital. Nothing you can apply to a gift purchase at the time you were buying. That's the best they can do.
Hopefully you'll get a better rep than I did, who was borderline rude.
In store staff does the best they can under the circumstances, but the policy and the way this was handled by the call center was beyond...
