Rocco's NY Pizzeria & Pasta — Restaurant in Las Vegas

We have always gotten food from Rocco's. The last time we ordered we received a text and an email telling us they canceled our order. I don't know why there wasn't any reason given. I'm assuming something was going on in the restaurant I have no idea.

Another date, We ordered an extra large pizza tonight plus a Philly cheese with ff. The meat was very grisly and tasted gnarly. The pizza tasted like nothing. I don't know what's going on with their food but I did read other reviews stating they were disappointed in the food as well. About 5 minutes before the order was delivered we received an email telling us that the order had to be updated. We see a charge for French fries $5.99. When you order french fries with a Philly cheese it's $3.75. The order total originally was $41.94 After the order was updated the total was $50.92 I can't for the life of me figure out where this extra money came from why I wasn't given a phone call to ask about the update or to inform me about the update. I have tried calling them and they put me on hold. I'm not holding for 34 minutes. However I can assure you this is the very last time we will order...

Rocco's Ny Pizzeria has been my go to spot for years when I'm in Vegas........tonight (7/12/21) that has changed. I have always referred friends and family to Roccos. Posted hours are open until 9 pm, my family and I arrived at 8 pm. We ordered 2 pizzas , Garlic knots and drinks for 5 oh and cannolis. It was around $50-60 with tip...... after we paid and we got our drinks we went to sit in the dinning area and were stopped and told the dinning room was closed.......we had to sit outside.......it was 100 degrees out, and it was an hour from closing time......if your hours are till 9 you should be open until 9 ........anyways , I said if I had known that I would not have ordered food. The girl seemed amused and said sorry. We sat outside because we drove 35 min from our hotel to eat here! When we were done eating (at 845pm) we brought our trash in side and they told us to take it out to the dumpster in the parking lot........... WHAT A JOKE !! I will not be returning to any Roccos establishments nor will I refer anyone ever again!! What a shame.... ‍ All over customer service........ Rocco’s Ny pizza on 10860 W...

OMG! This place is the real deal! I grew up eating pizza in NJ and NY, and my family owned a pizzeria. So I KNOW good pizza! Rocco's serves up amazing pizza just like I had when I was a kid, in classic East Coast style. I'm actually surprised that anyone could leave less than 5 stars for this place, there must be some total morons that don't know what good pizza tastes like. I read some of the other reviews, and I just don't get it. This is New York Pizza, exactly as you would get in a local family restaurant in New York! The morons who don't like this pizza probably think that Pizzaria Uno and California Pizza Kitchen have great pizza haha! My first favorite thing here is that they serve pizza by the slice! Why don't more places do this? They had about 6 different varieties available by the slice when I came here, from classic cheese to pepperoni to meat lasagna flavor. This pizza is some of the best pizza anywhere! And they don't just have pizza, but a full on menu with fresh made pasta, sandwiches, and epic desserts. This place is AWESOME!!! You must go. Stop reading now and start...
