Decided to try macaroni grill on North rainbow and lake Mead. The first thing I would like to say is that the service there is fantastic our waitress and waiter on the two times that we've been there since July Thursday the 20th and July Saturday the 22nd of 2023 our service was polite, caring and fantastic. However, the reason why I gave one star for atmosphere. The place is absolutely freaking boiling. It is so hot in that restaurant. I could not eat my food. I was absolutely nauseated by the amount of heat. When we visited on Saturday the 22nd we head asked. Please place this in the back where there's more air conditioning and then instead what they did is stuck a osculating fan in front of us right at our table and the fan blew on our table lifting up our table mat. I do not understand why a restaurant like that does not have decent air conditioning. It was ridiculous. Let me just go on about the food I ordered the first time a do-it-yourself pasta dish with the salmon. It was okay but the second time I went in there I was very excited to order the lasagna bolognese. Oh my god, what a disappointment. It was the worst food I've ever had. They do not make the bullet case sauce in house at all! It is a chef boyardee frozen lasagna that they must get from wherever they cut it out and stick it in a microwave. Throw it on your plate and tell you that's good food. It tastes exactly what I give my 10-year-old son out of a can chef boyardee ravioli with those nasty sausage balls. one good way that I know they're lasagna bolognese is fake is it doesn't have a beautiful cheese topping. There's a couple of tablespoons of some cheese, a stick on top and you know it's in the microwave because if it were in a oven it would have that beautiful brown crusty top with simmering cheese. It's not anything like that. It is definitely the exact same thing as you would get from Frozen Stouffer's lasagna and that might even be giving it a compliment. Soggy, gross absolutely not in house made in any way. Shape or form. Form not bait just nasty. Shipped him from whatever frozen place they have it shipped in from. Completely disappointing. Another thing too. My husband had the chicken scallopini that chicken was dry hard. There was nothing soft or good about it. Just terrible. I can't even believe they feed this to people and always they're pasta is soggy so freaking soggy. Nothing Italian about this...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at The Marion's Macaroni Grill, and let me tell you, it was an absolutely delightful experience. I must admit that my previous visit left much to be desired, but I am thrilled to report that the management and staff have done a complete 180-degree turnaround, transforming this restaurant into a true gem.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest of welcomes. The atmosphere at The Marion's Macaroni Grill was nothing short of classic and romantic. The soft lighting, rustic decor, and charming ambiance set the perfect mood for a memorable evening.
But what truly stood out was the impeccable service. The staff was not only attentive but also incredibly inviting, making sure every detail was taken care of. They certainly crossed their T's and dotted their I's, leaving no room for disappointment. Our server, Kylee, was an absolute delight. She not only provided top-notch service but also added a fun and personable touch to our dining experience. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she was always there with a smile, ready to assist with any request.
Now, let's talk about the food. The Marion's Macaroni Grill's menu is a culinary masterpiece. Every dish we ordered was a symphony of flavors, expertly crafted and beautifully presented. Whether it was the rich and creamy pasta dishes or the perfectly cooked steaks, each bite was a culinary delight. The quality of ingredients and the attention to detail in the kitchen were evident in every mouthful.
To top it all off, the wine selection was impressive, and our server Kylee was more than happy to help us choose the perfect wine to complement our meal.
In conclusion, I can confidently say that The Marion's Macaroni Grill has redeemed itself in the most spectacular way. This is not just a restaurant; it's an experience. The welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, and exceptional food make it a must-visit dining destination. I can't wait to return to The Marion's Macaroni Grill and savor their culinary creations once again. Kudos to the entire team for turning things around and creating an unforgettable...
Read moreWent to Romano's Macaroni Grill for date night. My date was wanting a certain dish for a week. We ordered our appetizer, drinks, and dinner at the same time. We received our appetizer it was not cooked all the way we asked for side of 2 different sauces. I received mine, which was alfredo sauce and never received the last one until our meal arrived. I’m not sure how they made their alfredo sauce, but it didn’t look, nor did it taste like alfredo. One of our dishes was not what we ordered, we sent it back and asked for what we ordered. I ordered the Truffle Mac and Cheese once again definitely didn’t taste like it. While we were waiting, we still haven’t received our 2nd round of drinks. We finally received the 2nd dish and guess what it was NOT we ordered. The waitress said she watched the new cook it and it was right. We then asked for the manager. We explained what happened and just wanted him to know what was going on. The manager took the food back. Then came back to the table. He proceeds to tell us she inputted it wrong. He told use the waitress was arguing with him. He asked if he could put something else in for use, we said no, however we still didn’t get our drinks. He went to get a beer and guess what “yes” it was the wrong kind. We did get credit for the dish we sent back. The food here taste nothing like true Italiano food. I highly recommend going somewhere ells for food. Specialty if you want Italian food. Every poor management and staff. Also, by the time I arrived home my stomach was not doing well and was in the bathroom for about an hour. Did I mention there were only 3 couples in the...
