Went here today my bill was 29$ received my receipt it says 29$ (& change). While still waiting for my meal my phone notified me that I was charged $35.75 by Winerschnitzel I'm still waiting for my food at this point about 10 mins ,I honk the horn and ask the lady at the window why I was charged more than what my receipt said, I even showed her my account on my phone, the young lady looked at me and said "I don't know " I asked "why?" she responded "I don't know, it's been happening to a lot of customers and I told my manager so I don't know, you, have to call you card company " ..I just don't understand why she felt that she was the best person to handle this, she clearly knows nothing but, she thought it was best to hop in that window and offer how unknowledgable she was and how her manager "don't know nothing" either...You all call that customers service??? If you going to allow your employee to resolve certain issues, please make sure they know what they are talking about and trained in customer service.
They also do not answer their phone , their # goes to a fax machine when you call and your concerns will never be heard or...
Read moreWithout question, in my mind, this was a very enjoyable place to eat out. I loved the food and I appreciated the deals that they advertised. I wasn't really put off by anything. In fact I felt that even the employees were great 👍. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 (which I admit that they probably deserve 5 stars) is mostly because regardless of all else, I just can't rationalize the expenditure in an $8 bloody hotdog 🌭. Yep, those dogs were rockin... but dam# I can easily do everything the same from my RV and never break a sweat. I don't blame them (everyone needs a good hustle), but seriously if your going to get into fast food do something more than some small selection of one trick pony hotdogs. I feel like if your going to specialize in a single concept (especially hotdogs) then make a huuge selection and don't depend upon over pricing the hekk out of everything. Sure there were a few deals and thats ok but selection should be limitless when it comes to dogs. Srry, just a stupid...
Read moreI placed on order and waited patiently for a few minutes. At first, I thought the wait was long on account of the drive-through orders. Before I know it, twenty minutes had passed and still no indication of my order being ready. Two customers arrived and placed their orders. Then both parties had received their food and I was still waiting for my food. So I approached the counter to inform them of my long wait. I asked to speak to a manager and they kept me waiting. Basically, they dropped the food I ordered on the ground and forgot to reenter it on the computer. Finally, somebody comes out and I gave her my story. She calls the general manager and hands me the telephone to give my complaint. After a long wait, they finally refund my money and apologized for the inconvenience. They asked for my name and said that when I next returned, they would give me a better deal. If I were the manager, I would have not only refunded the money, but gave them the food for free on...
