My wife and I were astounded by the treatment we received on two separate occasions (3/3 & 3/14) by different managers at this location. It all started when it took them over two hours to deliver our pizza and salad (which they forgot). The manager at the time said that we would receive a $10 credit for the late delivery. When my wife called back to report the missing salad, the manager (Nay) accused her of lying because she said a manager was in the car with the driver at the time who saw him deliver the salad. We couldn't believe our ears!! I was the one that received the order and I would testify in court that there was no salad. At that point, I had to get on the phone and express my utter disbelief of what I had just heard them say, the manager then quickly reversed her stance and said we would be credited for the salad.
Fast-forward about 10 days later, we decide to cash in on our credit. So we call to place our order and mention the credit that Domino's had granted us a few days before. First, we were told that we would find it in our account online, but they could not tell us where on the site to find it. After checking online (no credit found), we call back and ask to speak to the manager (Robin). Robin told us that without the name of the manager who gave us the credit, she would not honor it. If we knew that we needed the name of the manager as a prerequisite to cashing it in, of course we would have written it down! We gave her the exact date and time we placed the order and she was able to find it in their system. One would think that Domino's would have a record of who the manager was at that time. Robin asked us to hold, and after a few minutes returned and said she couldnāt find the records so there is nothing she could do. No credit. I asked her if this is Domino's policy she said yes. Robin was extremely unprofessional to say the least. As we began to inform her that we would be contacting corporate, Robin simply hung up on us. Talk about adding insult to injury. We have reported this case to Domino's corporate customer service. The management at this location have not made any attempts to resolve this customer service travesty. It is now going on a month. We can't understand how a corporation would continue to allow a single location to tarnish the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCalled.. was put on hold for 10 mins. Called back again and was immediately answered this time?
After ordering and arriving, stood waiting for 3 or 4 mins, a guy walks from the back, doesn't say anything to me, walks past me, and out the door. Is gone for 2 mins, then walks back in and walks to the rack and says my name.
At this point I'm a feeling a little suspicious of the food due to no one cooking, no one around, and the lack of customer service.
After getting home, I open the wings I ordered, and this is when I was disappointed. First, I ordered hot wings.
These wings were plain, and they were PUT DIRECTLY IN THE BOX WITH NO FOIL OR ANYTHING in between the box and the wings. They were also completely cold. Usually when I get wings, they will come with sauce on them, and then they are placed in foil, then they are placed in the box so they aren't touching the paper directly.
This grossed me out immediately, and I stopped eating the pizza as well. If the wings are like this, then the pizza is probably messed up in the preparation too. I contacted customer support and requested a refund. I understand, stuff happens, whatever, I just want my money back.
They say they can give me store credit unless I return the order. This is like 4 or 5 days after I all ready ordered the food, I didn't hear back from anyone since that time. How am I supposed to return it if it's 5 days past?
I don't want store credit either, I don't want the food from this restaurant. I've been going to dominos for YEARS, this is my first time and last time at this one though.
So I said that and no response, so I guess they don't want to refund my money, so whatever, obviously never going back, but i would say go to somewhere else...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve never been so utterly disgusted with my food. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be half and half, but they made one side with five slices and the other with three. They also forgot to add one of our toppings, Italian sausage, which is missing from the whole pizza as you can see in the picture. To make matters worse, they came back with a remake, but one slice and a half was gone from the old pizza, so they made us give one slice from our new pizza, which we had already waited 45 minutes for, or we wouldnāt get the remake that we already paid for. We didnāt want to keep the old pizza, nor did we asked them too, but this whole experience was terrible. Itās just common sense to have decent customer service, and this was far from it. We order here all the time, and this is ridiculous. I promise this is the worst experience Iāve ever had at any Dominoās or any other food establishment. If I could take away the one star, I would. The manager was very unprofessional, maybe he should tidy up on his professional skills. I swear I thought I was on the East Side of Detroit for a second. They also made the second pizza with extra sauce, which I didnāt ask for, and donāt like, it made me not even want to eat the pizza. We wonāt be back. Waste of money, Even if it was a mistake take accountability, and treat youāre customers better. Alsoā¦. Update for the new pizza, the pizza was made in correctly again they did not add the same topping to the whole pizza. They just put it on the half. And Iām sure this is on purpose because they were mad, They messed up and we called...
