They are the worst most unprofessional ghetto Dominos I have ever dealt with. I cannot even believe it’s Dominos Pizza. I ordered 3 pizzas and the rep on the phone repeated the order 3 times, and I still received a delivery of 2 pizzas after an hour. I called about it and explained I had 5 children in my home waiting on pizza,the rep apologized and said they would get the next one out right away. The pizza comes and the driver charges me for the pizza that they messed up on, and then she proceeds to tell me “we don’t even deliver out here and we came out here anyways now twice”. I’m not certain where she is from, but in the world of business, she was completely out of line. A Dominos location delivers in their specified zone, of a residence is out of their delivery area, they advise you of such and you simply call the next location. I call the manager, Steve to let him know about all this and he says well ma’am that’s just the way it goes that’s policy, someone has to pay for the pizza, even though they messed up the order. I asked him to send someone back out and get the pizza and I puke like a refund. The same driver comes back out to “inspect” the pizza and then says she delivered it over an hour ago, even though I have no control over how long it took for them to come back out to my home. I initially left a negative review for this Domino's location due to some poor experiences I had in the past. Under the previous management, the service was subpar, and the food quality was inconsistent, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. However, I’m happy to say that things have completely changed for the better under the new management.
The transformation at this Domino's is nothing short of amazing. The new team has truly stepped up, and every single experience I’ve had since the change has been exceptional. The pizza is now always cooked to perfection—deliciously crispy crust, perfectly melted cheese, and just the right amount of toppings.
On top of the food being consistently great, the customer service has improved dramatically. The staff is now friendly, attentive, and they genuinely seem to care about their customers. From the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted with a smile and treated with respect. They are quick to resolve any issues or answer any questions, and their overall professionalism has really impressed me.
It's clear that the new management is dedicated to delivering a high-quality experience for their customers. I’m thrilled to have given this location another chance, and it’s now my go-to spot for pizza. Kudos to the new team for turning things around so dramatically—I can’t recommend this...
Read more3.5 hours after the order was placed, they finally show up. I understand if they're short handed and busy, I get it. However, when the driver finally shows up and proceeds to look around in his car for 10 minutes and I have to walk out to him, is ridiculous. Then I was told several excuses. The driver said his car was about to explode, then he told me he had to go back because he messed up the order, then I was told he called several times to get in the gate (never happened). Still after all this, I'm given the wrong order. I call the store a few times to get my order to be redone correctly. Thankfully the driver caught that about 20 minutes later so he brought my order to me. Everything was ice cold. I call the store, again, then was told that the order can be redone but it would be treated as a new order so I'd be waiting again. I ended up driving to the store for a refund. They did offer a credit on the account, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, I'm declining it. I've never had any issues with this store for anything more than a forgotten drink or sauce. This was an unnecessarily ridiculous ordeal that will keep me from returning. Staff was very polite, no issues refunding right away and apologized. Definitely something I don't want to deal with...
