I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered through the subway app for delivery. The app gave me an eta of 30 minutes; one hour later and still no food. The app does not have a way to cancel and says to call the store to do so, so I did. I could barely understand the person who answered the phone, but they said something about 4 other orders then hung up on me. When I tried to call back they refused to answer the phone. I start to head up there and magically the app says it's out for delivery. I waited a few minutes and once it said it was delivered called my roommate who said it was not there. I called him back when I got to the store and still nothing. I went in and there was two people working, the store was not busy,, and no manager present. They ignored us for a few minutes before acknowledging we were there. The lady claims it was a pick up order, showed her my app that clearly says delivery. She got on the phone with her manager after turning her back and saying something in Spanish to her other associate in a low voice. After talking to her manager she said "I can prep the food now" meaning she never made it to begin with, so of course no food was delivered. I didn't even want the food at that point, just my money back. They claimed they could do nothing until tomorrow when the manager was there. Never going to this location again. Read moreMy mother and I went in to have lunch, had to wait while the two employees stood there talking, finally one said she'll be with you in a minute I said ok, we placed our order one item was the new foot long chicken nacho, one employee said this is the first time making this I said ok that's fine, after she toasted it I said this is burnt can you remake it, they spoke to ea in Spanish after a few mins I said I'm not eating or paying for that I asked the other woman if she could remake it for me she said no, ok then yeah take it off my bill, I took 2 pictures of it the one told the other worker, she picked it up to move it and asked why are you taking a picture of it you didn't pay for it I said your right, and why are you moving it because you know it's wrong, a few minutes later she came to the end of the counter where we were sitting eating and said I told you this is our first time making it, I said that's ok then you refuse to remake it, her response was well I making it for myself. Read moreI asked for the honey oat. I specifically asked the associate if the bread was soft she told me "yes." I have been to Subway multiple times and she was very skimpy with the vegetables. I had to ask multiple times for tomato and cucumbers, etc. Then when she cut my sandwich, she was literally butchered the bread apart. When I mentioned it to her, she just made it worse by trying to push everything into the sandwich with the knife that continue to make the bread a mess. I got home with my sandwich, opened it up, and the bread was hard as a rock. You could literally hear the thud when you tapped on it. I called the store to explain the situation and the association that answered the phone was very nonchalant and told me I don't really know what's gonna happen. You need to call tomorrow for a manager. Which was also disturbing because there was no manager on duty and the two people working appear to be fairly young.
