Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Laurel

Let me start my review by saying that the star ratings are based on my daytime experience, but I also highlight the positives in this review as well, that took place with the evening crew.

My husband and I love great customer, which is why we returned to this location based on our first visit. However, we were disappointed with this visit. Our first visit was an evening visit where Tristan, Christina, and the evening crew assisted us and gave amazing customer service.

However, today we visited this location during the day and this crew (different crew from our first visit) did not match what we experienced before. The tension in the atmosphere amongst the owner/manager and staff was felt. There was no joy on the faces of any of the workers. The music playing was inappropriate. Had this been our first experience, we would not be as enthused to return.

That said a family member wanted Jersey Mike’s this evening and I said to them “if Tristan and his staff are not working then I will not stop” and they agreed after hearing about my unpleasant experience earlier that day. Thankfully, Tristan, Christina, and the staff this evening were present and rendered yet again great customer service. While we try to support local businesses, there is an expectation of receiving good customer service. We understand that everyone’s personality is different, but everyone from management on down should be able to give good...

The Grand opening of this location was absolutely awesome. To see the number of customers in the community to come out and support really speaks volumes. The service was great and the owner took the time to not only greet the customers but to accommodate us where needed. My wait in line was not long at all considering the huge turnout. However with the friendly atmosphere and conversations it made my wait that much better. I have to add that I was very surprised that a customer gave the store a one star review and said that the owner was not accommodating. I actually remembered that customer as I happened to be in the store at that time, I have to say that the owner was extreamly nice to him and actually went out of her way to accommodate him by offering him a refund and she also offered to give him the sub. He refused all of the offerings, caused a scene by getting very loud with her and stormed out of the restaurant while she was trying to help him. Not my experience at all, I've been back a few times for my #7. I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for a good Jersey Mike's in this location!...

I have enjoyed having Jersey Mikes in Laurel, Maryland on Russett Green where Lorraine Lee is the manager cater two different events for me!!! Everything, I mean everything was more than on point!!! The ordering experience was smooth, and I felt comfortable talking with Lorraine. She was not only knowledgeable, professional and efficient, she assured me and put my mind at ease that everything would be to my liking. And it was!!! The first event was a 50 person catered lunch. I wasn’t even in attendance at that event, but received information and compliments about how well it was enjoyed and set up! The second event was equally, if not better than the first! The menu included food for meat eaters and non meat eaters. The Chicken Salad was as a big hit! Just sayin!

My advice is if you like Jersey Mike’s subs, and almost everyone does, please pay a visit, call in your order,, order online, send a pigeon just do whatever it is you need to do to go to Jersey Mike’s in Russett Green!l in Laurel.
