This location is finicky when it comes to delivery orders from the app. Sometimes the you-pick-twos are mostly accurate, but sometimes they aren't. Like if you ask for them the take off some toppings on the sandwich or salads, they won't. If you order bakery items like cookies/muffins/etc, you might not get all of them. This has happened MULTIPLE times at this location. Ordered 4 cookies multiple times, sometimes they'll just give me the wrong cookies, or no cookies at all. Call the store about it, and theyll tell me that they can give me refund, but I'd have to come and get it... even though my order was delivered. And if they're out of cookies or whatever else you may order, they don't call to let you know that they don't have it nor do they ask you what you'd like as a replacement. I only find out after I call them about the messed up order. Today, I ordered a pick-two meal and 4 cranberry-orange muffins, I only received one muffin and the meal. Called (corporate this time, not the store), and corporate told me to give the store a chance to make it up to me. I already know what the store is going to do. Either they call and tell me to come to the store to get the refund or get the food, or they won't call at all.

While I repeated my order 3 times (the exact same words each time). I ordered the Autumn Squash soup for a group. With bread. And 1 bowl of Broccoli cheddar cheese soup with bread. I asked for the French Baguette bread. To be left in 1 loaf. She said okay. This order was for my Mom (she loves Panera Bread). I haven't been to a Panera Bread restaurant before this. When I picked up the order. Only the Broccoli Cheddar cheese soup was ready. I waited another 5 minutes. No, other orders were put up. I spoke with a guy behind the counter (who was making the orders). He said that was it for the order! I showed him my receipt and the receipt on the bag. For the Broccoli Cheddar cheese soup order. It plainly shows that order. And 1 group order of Autumn Squash soup (with 1 French Baguette). He said oh okay. Let me get that for you. When he started breaking the French Baguette into pieces. I asked him to leave it as 1 whole loaf (don't break it into pieces). He said he had to. Guess Panera Bread can't leave a loaf of French Baguette bread whole. Generally the food is pretty good, but there is a recurring theme of leaving ingredients out of the salads I order. I have to go back to to the kitchen and get the missing items. They apologize but for goodness sakes. Tonight my wife and I ordered 2 Southwest Chille Chicken salads and they left the chicken out. We had finished our salads and told the kitchen and get the apology. This is a Wednesday 7:50 pm. Not even busy. I then report it to the manager who asks to see my ticket and makes a comment like he understands what happened. I don't care. Your staff is of no concern to me. He keeps apologizing, but offers nothing other then I apologize sir. The I said to the manager. You have totally blown it.
