PJ's Coffee — Restaurant in Laurel

PLEASE come and join the PJ’s family here in Laurel, as their customer service and food is SUPERB!!!! As some may not know, this location has just recently become available, but I have had the utmost BEST experiences here at PJ’s Coffee!!! Their workers have always been so delightful to me as they are extremely personable. The food and drinks are always so well prepared and fresh (which is my favorite part), but a great thing to add is that they always want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Just today, I came with my mom (it was her first time) and she preferred her drink a tad sweeter. So the manager offered her a different customary drink that was more suitable for sweeter coffee drinks. Not only did that leave us with a great impression of them, but allowed my mom to figure out what her drink preferences were! I have had plenty of great experiences with this manager (and their workers) and I have nothing but GLORIOUS things to say! I appreciate everyone’s attentiveness, energy, and time within this establishment.

ALSO, it’s cheaper than Starbucks, so I now have a new favorite coffee place...

I’ve visited this location in Laurel Maryland and I was really upset!! One of the young ladies didn’t no how to count money the coins that is I believe she’s Indian all of them was standing around talking while an America female was working the drive through as well as taking orders she had to assist the younger female that was having issues counting the money I had to drive back because my coffee wasn’t made as I requested and my beignets wasn’t cooked an when I expressed that when I went back to the location they all just look i wanted to talk to the manager of the business but I just left nobody apologize or offer me anything free as an complementary do to the fact that my Oder was a disaster I think this is a family owned business they all are Indian the American female has good hospitality experience they all do but I don’t no how long this business will last if they don’t get people that have experience in this type of business it could definitely be better and great it’s lots of people that need jobs they should bring people into they establishment that have the experience that why they can learn...

Stopped in for an afternoon coffee and some beignets. I ordered a seasonal drink (Honey Brulee) and the employee asked what I thought of the new drink and I said it wasn't for me. I think it might have been that the acidity of the cold brew was off, because it had a really bitter after taste. He offered to make me a different drink, which I really appreciated. I got an Iced Pralines and Cream coffee and it was really good. The beignets were amazing and served hot (the photo doesn't look very appealing, but you have to try them).
