I would give this place zero stars if I could. This location is simply not worth your time and energy. I use the app to either pick up from them or get it delivered, either way something is either wrong or missing. Just today, I got 4 pair & saves delivered. All I was missing was 1 sandwich. So I called the place and asked if I could just swing by to get it. The girl that answered the phone said she had to check with her manager to see if I could. I thought that was strange but whatever. She gets back on the phone and tells me that the girl that made my order made sure that she made two of those sandwiches and put it in my bag, and they have video footage of this (I call bs on that) she literally had me on the phone and I could hear her talking in the back. They didn't check any camera footage in 2 minutes. And I doubt she even spoke to the manager. She says that the door dasher probably took my sandwich. I told her that I was still out a sandwich and I would like to get another one. She says that they aren't going to make another one and that this is on doordash. Door dash isn't going to resolve anything that wasn't bought through their app, I definitely bought this $80 order through the Tropical Smoothie app. She was incredibly rude and was acting like I was out of luck. What's funny about this is that I saw the dasher drop it off at my door and I didn't see him take anything. He could've taken it out while he was still in the car, but I doubt it because this location is so infamous for this missing items nonsense at this point. I didnt realize this when I first called, but they also gave me an extra Kale Apple slaw. Luckily I found the customer service complaint line and was able to get a refund for this mess.
Don't go to this Tropical Smoothie in Laurel, MD. They are rude af and don't correct their own errors. They've even cancelled a delivery order for me in the past but still charged me for it! I had to go through my bank to get my money back because they claimed they never...

I made an order through the app for a delivery today, and it was canceled. I called to inquire about the cancellation, and the manager at this location was very hostile and had poor customer service.
She canceled my order herself. She said, that she cancelled because they refunded me money for 2 orders. She said that Iāve made them lose money. Iām asking her questions because I do not recall this. She provided dates that I did not visit this location or any Tropical Smoothie Cafe location, and told me why I was refunded. The stories she provided me were assumptions that she made up in her mind. She told me I said someone stole my credit card (complete fabrication!). I havenāt even gone through an incident with my card. From the time she answered the phone, her attitude and tone was loud and very unpleasant. I tried to talk things through with her to clear everything up.
Let me tell you what I do, I always provide feedback about my deliveries. This location has come up short on the size of wraps, the length of time it takes to receive an order, and the smoothie was melted in another case. If they are losing money, itās due to poor service and food quality during delivery.
I would steer clear of this location until another manager cycles through, or just avoid it completely.
Update (a week later): The owner apologized, but then removed the apology from my review (see attached). I also havenāt received my refund even though they portrayed themselves as remorseful in their response, and was took I would be refunded the day of...

Sat in my car for a bit and proceed to walk back in and the door was locked I knocked and got the attention of an employee who smiled at me and gave the black Panther sign for Wakanda forever( arms crossed in the form of an X) I was oddly confused because how did he know that was one of my favorite movie? He proceeded to try and communicate with me with sign language. I tried to tell him I didn't understand, and I pointed to his open sign that was lit. LED style green. The time was 854pm, and they closed at 9 pm. I understood that they were trying to go home and clean up, but I wasn't there to place in order. I was just trying to pick up the order. I had already placed. After several moments of trying to communicate through a window. I was finally let in and let him know. I was just trying to pick up an order. He laughed, pointing to the counter, and walked away. Needless to say if you wanna get something in before they close, come in 15 minutes prior or you'll also Be told wakanda forever or X marks the spot of the door that won't be opened to you if you're trying to place an order...
