McDonald's — Restaurant in Lawrenceburg

My mom went and got us breakfast when she get off of work, when she got home and handed out the food, all of it was wrong. We were supposed to have a sausage biscuit and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, they gave us two POORLY made bacon biscuits that had half a piece of bacon each on them and were severely falling apart. We had called and told them the order was wrong and the lady was rude and said there wasn’t anything they could do about it unless we brought all the food back up there. My mom works nights, by the time she gets home she’s ready to go to bed, we asked if we could come get the correct order the next day, they were hateful about it and said no. Play area was nasty. I have an autistic toddler and I couldn't let him down to run around or play do to filthyness in of floors and tables. That is asking for my kid to get sick. I am also upset how they run minors. School is way more important than making them work from 3:30 to 9: 45. Oh and 11pm on Friday and saterday. Might as well say 10 for weekdays no since in disguising labor laws. Or pushing that law to its bare limits. Adults need to step and work stop relying on kids to do their work. No child at the age of 16 should be working out past 9 that is also including Friday and saterday. Even 17 yeah that is next to 18 but they still need a good education with restful sleep and homework finished. They have big test to take. if i could give it 0 stars i would. second time coming here and it was awful. my husband and i came through here and asked for sodas and it was out okay no big deal. then we asked for water they then proceed to ask “in a cup or bottle” we said a cup of water will be fine then another woman started talking sorry not a woman a kid started talking and was rude as hell. “we can’t do a cup” then why ask. at this point i was telling my husband just to drive off. then after we get done ordering they put a large sweet tea on there. when we never even asked for a sweet tea. second time we come back i order a meal and literally forget half of it. worst costumer service ever. if your gonna work in fast food or be around people how about you...
