This is BYFAR the worst Chick-Fil-A ever. I literally stay five minutes from this store and I drive over 15 minutes to go to a more brand friendly store. Mark Treadwell should be absolutely ashamed of this business as a whole. This store’s employees are the rudest, the nastiest and most unprofessional individuals I’ve ever experienced. Since when does CHICK-FIL-A not greet you with a smile, even if they are unable to accommodate your request empathize and sympathize with you, make you feel welcome, are delighted that you chose them over their competitors. Well welcome to 680 Duluth Hwy Chick-Fil-A where they get paid to be as unbrand friendly as possible. I literally stopped here after working a 12 hour shift wanting a chicken sandwich that’s all that’s it. It was 1004am and usually they will pull me to the side to prepare the sandwich EVEN if it’s morning. I go to several locations that do this with a smile and a total pleasant disposition. Not 680 Duluth Hwy no they are just nasty to customers like we are a nuisance. The young lady Alexis was extremely rude first there was no Hi welcome back or Hi how are you NOTHING just can I get a name for your order. WOOOOW! I instantly gave her my app to scan because her behavior was immediately stand offish. Upon her scanning my app she look and said “We are on breakfast so we can’t make this” I said “They usually pull me over and prepare the sandwich” She says “ No we don’t do that at this location” I stated “ I stay 5 minutes from here and have done this several times” She says “ We don’t do it but I’ll ask my manager” She goes in and asks her manager Brooke and comes back out but before she approaches my vehicle her and another young lady are standing to the said talking and rolling their eyes. Then when she approaches she says “ My manager said we WONT do that.” The entire experience was disgusting and very disappointing. We as customers who work extremely hard for our money should not ever have to tolerate this behavior. It’s called UNDERSTANDING THE VALUE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. That entire store needs a make-over and needs extensive training on CORE VALUES WHEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. We all sit in Chick-Fil-A lines not because the food is just that amazing yes it’s great but we pay for the experience that you receive with the Chick-Fil-A brand. I absolutely tell everyone DON’T go to that location, run, abort mission and for me to give you guys another chance and you once again fail miserably, something needs to be done about this location and the management team. Because obviously they are not interviewing and hiring Chick-Fil-A branded people. NO I DON’ T WANT ANYTHING FREE! NO I WON’T GIVE YOU GUYS ANOTHER CHANCE! Read moreI hate that I had to leave a star, because the service today 8/1 and the wait time was absolutely horrible!! After waiting in line for over 30 minutes to place an order, I made it to the window. I was asked my name, after they couldn’t find my order ( even though I scanned the app when I paid) they then asked what did you order. I informed them of my order, then they asked was there anything else I told him I was missing two strawberry shakes. They looked around realized the shakes weren’t there then asked me to park. The parking there is absolutely horrible and once again the line is wrapped around the building so to pull out will be difficult. I informed them that I was not moving and I will wait right here for my shakes. There were other shakes already at the window. They just wasn’t mine. The young lady walked away and then a tall young light skinned man came to the window with a green and white striped, collared shirt on and asked me to move again. I informed him that I was just waiting on my shakes and he stated that there were other customers behind me. I told him I was aware. I’m just waiting on my shakes and I will be gone. He then threatened to have me removed by the police stating this is private property. I was not rude. I was not yelling nor cussing for this young man to threaten to call the police on me over two strawberry shakes that they forgot to make!! I work in the healthcare business myself, and I would never threaten to call the police on the customer. Who was it being rude or threatening to harm anyone this is absolutely unheard of. I am truly disappointed by the way I was treated at Chick-fil-A. This is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience with Chick-fil-A. If you look at my app, you can see that I frequent other locations to purchase work orders For my office locations and to be treated like this I’m baffled, my 11 year old son was sitting in the front seat and experienced the entire conversation. The young man approached the window with an attitude, I understand you’re busy but to threaten me with the police was completely uncalled for. He is not a good manager/team lead or whatever he is. Read moreWORST CHICK FIL A IN THE FRANCHISE HISTORY!!! I have frequented this location twice and both times horrible!!!! The guest service is well below Chick Fil A standards, heck any restaurant at this point. Both times my iced coffee was sour and they handed me a bag of creamer and half/half. Then looked at me as if I had three eyes when I questioned the bag and asked why wasn’t it mixed. At all the other locations (online as well) I have visited this was an automatic, so I didn’t think any different. The manager (Hispanic lady) was unbothered and actually walked off when I told her that there wasn’t anything I wanted other than a refund. Another associate (African American young lady) took care of it. Both visits it’s been the same stank unprofessional energy. As I stated this location is definitely not like the others and I will purposely drive 10-15 minutes to another location for my needs. The funny thing is, I am a pescatarian, I don’t go there for the chicken. So if you can’t serve fresh coffee, fries, and great customer service. You have for sure lost me!!!
